Exceptional - The tour was great. One of the best I’ve taken. The area we toured was outstanding. Our guides Kelli and Leah were friendly, informative, and captain Sam was top notch as well.

Beautiful sights! - We saw a wonderful lake and took a nice boat tour and had a guy that was a wealth of knowledge about everything. The bus was comfortable and so was the boat. We saw wildlife and learned a lot.

Interesting and informative tour! - They picked us up at our Airbnb which was convenient. Catherine was an awesome guide, very energetic and knowledgeable. Although we couldn’t go to Maligne Canyon due to fire damage, she made sure we had a great time. We saw big-horned sheep, a mule deer, bald eagles, and a marmot. Glaciers, mountains and water on the boat tour were beautiful. She made sure we had enough time at every location. Highly recommend this tour.

Family friendly tour with great guides - This was a great tour with very informative and enthusiastic guide. The van used was great with lots of windows to look out from. My older parents went on boat ride at lake and my family went on the hike which was great. Nice tour with pick up from your hotel and not too long.

Tour with Josh is super fun - We did the afternoon tour with Josh to Lake Maligne. He picked us up promptly at Bear Hill Lodge. The day was overcast and a tad drizzly but did not damper our moods nor the beauty of the trip. If you are lucky enough to get Josh as a driver/guide, you are in for a treat. He is a hoot! He definitely has the gift of gab and is super entertaining and has lots of good info to share. Plus... he's also on the lookout for animals for you. If you see something, say something because he will immediately do what he can to slow down and put you in position to view said animal. I know the tour says 5.5-6 hours... it goes fast and doesn't seem that long at all. And if you do the afternoon tour... don't make a reservation until 7pm or later. If you see animals, the tour might be extended for your viewing pleasure.

Book this tour! - Let me start by saying, I tend to prefer to explore on my own than to go on a tour. I decided to schedule a tour in Jasper due to the partial closures from last year's wild fires. I love nature and wildlife and selected this tour based on the great reviews. I am so glad I did! Our guide Sam was excellent. He was personable and full of knowledge. I really enjoyed learning about the wildlife and the fires. I was unsure about taking the boat tour and, once again, I'm so glad we did. I was traveling with 5 friends who all have pretty different interests and everyone loved it. A week later on our way home they were still talking about the tours and everything we learned. We saw lots of different animals and unbelievable sights. I highly recommend visiting Jasper and taking this tour! We also got great suggestions from both Sam and Lynn (boat tour guide) for activities and restaurants to check out on our own. We spent time in both Jasper and Banff and I would say this was one of the greatest experiences we had and by far the best tour.

Great day! - Julianna our boat guide and Carson our boat captain on lake maligne boat tour were great! Very informative and answered all our questions. They educated us on what we were seeing and had great stories regarding history in the area. Julianna took the time to talk to all of us personally. Josh our tour bus driver was excellent and a knew SO much about everything. He took the time to look for wildlife for us and educate us on with wildlife , the July 2024 fire, the history of the lakes and Jasper overall. Great tour and guides !
