An incredible coffee experience - Exception experience. Beautiful to pick the beans & incredible to learn about the whole process. Wilson from the farm was a great character and Alejandro was incredibly engaging while teaching us so much.

Great experience, go for it! - This tour was one of the highlights of my trip to Colombia. Alejandro is very friendly and makes the tour very fun and relaxed, inviting questions all the time. He picked us up from our hotel and we spent the day learning about the planting of the coffee seed to how it’s processed. We did some hands on berry picking and saw how it’s pulped, dried and we roasted and ground some beans ourselves to enjoy the perfect cup! He also gave us great recommendations on what to do in the city and restaurants. I’d highly recommend this tour.

Amazing coffee experience! - We had a fantastic coffee experience with Alejandro. So much more than a ‘coffee tour’!! We were collected from our hotel in Jardin by Alejandro in a 4x4 and driven to Wilson’s coffee farm up in the hills above the town. We learned a huge amount about the coffee growing and production process, and had a chance to pick some cherries too! Undoubtedly very knowledgeable, Alejandro is also friendly and relaxed and clearly at home in his coffee farming community. The best day of our two and a half week Colombian holiday! Thank you, Alejandro! James & Jackie

10/10 would recommend - I have done a few coffee tours and I would certainly say this has been my favourite. The genuine connection between the tour operators and their relationship with the coffee farmers was beautiful, and the tour guide himself was very kind, knowledgable and made the experience great. It was a beautiful day out with some delicious coffee

Coffee tour - Very nice tour where it was possible to have it in English. Some tasting but most of the time was dedicated to hear about the coffee production and manufacturing of the beans, which also included a tour in 4x4 around the property to pick beans and see the diversity of the nature. Beautiful location around 25 min drive from Jardín

Wonderful experience with Alejo and Willy - My daughter and her boy friend booked the private coffee tour. The tour exceeded our expectations! They came to our hotel on time and picked us up in a traditional of the zone Jeep Willis. We requested a bilingual translator and he was the one who came with the driver to get us. The vey first thing he did after introducing himself was to give each one of us a bag of coffee. Once we got to the farm. Willy introduced himself and both started telling us the history of coffee in Colombia, how to plant it, the different varieties and tons of interesting facts. We really liked that they always called us by our first name and would answer all our questions. Ofter a while of theory and history, we headed to the coffee plantations and started collecting beans with our typical "campesino hats and ponchos". We did not collect a whole lot, but really liked the hands on experience. Once we finished collecting about two pounds each, we headed back to the main house, in an old Suzuki, perfect to climb those steep hills. We were taken to the "Beneficiadero" were we learned about how to dry the coffee beans. Alejandro and William were really nice and knowledgeable. The last two steps, toasting and grinding the beans were totally hands on by us and we felt that the entire process was done by us and we deserved to have that cup of coffee while talking how good it was and watching the beautiful landscape.

Unforgettable Experience! - We booked this tour last minute and the tour company could not have been more accommodating. They arranged everything and picked us up from our hotel within 30 minutes. They provided a translator, Carlos, who was an amazing guide into all things Colombian! By the end of the tour he was a friend. The coffee farm itself was one of the best experiences ever. The owner, Wilson, was extremely knowledgeable and took time to teach us how coffee is grown, collected, processed, and sold. He gave us a tour of his farm beyond the coffee and he served us fresh fruit from his own trees. Both Carlos and Wilson were patient with my endless questions. At the end we met the tour company owner and he was full of smiles and well wishes asking us if there were ways to improve the tour ( there isn’t its perfect!)
