Mount fuji trip - Our journey started sharp at 830 am .Mr Ali was waiting outside our hotel ,he talked about the day plan starting with hakone. We first visited lake aishi had a pirate cruise 🛳 followed by rope way to owaakudani hot springs. 🔥 We saw the black 🥚 of owakudani and smelt the Sulphur gas in air. Following which we saw the majestic mount fuji 🗻 and the picturesque oshino hakkai . Ali helped us through out the journey by giving the gist of all the attractions .

Great tour to Mt. Fuji - We thoroughly enjoyed the drive to Mt. Fuji. On the way we stopped at Oshino-Shibokusa, a small village where we got to see traditional houses and beautiful gardens. We also stopped at a shrine in Fujiyoshida - Kamiyoshida before the drive up to 5th Station (Mt. Fuji). Rana, our tour guide and driver for the day was very knowledgeable and made our trip entertaining and exciting. We ere able to see Mt. Fuji in all her splendor both from Station 5 and also from Arakurayama Sengen Park. I highly recommend this tour.

Great trip with a great driver - Fantastic trip. Our driver Sarfy picked us up early, was attentive throughout and showed us some great spots for photos that were away from the crowds. Recommend the ice creams at the lake, the kids really enjoyed. Thanks Sarfy for showing us Mt Fuji and giving us an enjoyable day.

Great trip with a fantastic guide! - A great trip!! At first we were worried as the weather was very cloudy... but, we were lucky to see the mountain when the clouds decended!! The guide/driver was a very nice guy, who helped us in every step. Thanks for the great experience!!!

Great day of cultural aspects of Mt Fuji and surrounds. - Gaining another view of Tokyo, into the countryside away from the neon lights, busy, noisy and crowded city. Unbelievable dominance and majestic sights of Mt Fuji and an insight into the cultural historical aspects of Japan. The trip was certainly helped by the assistance of our driver/guide Rana who was very helpful and informative.

Beautiful Sites - My husband and I enjoyed seeing the beautiful sites to include the famous Pagoda overlooking Mt. Fuji, Shrine, and famous lake. However, we had a bit of an uncomfortable experience with our driver. First, he messaged us saying he was going to be 20 minutes late. As a result of this, we extended our breakfast time only to realize we missed a message saying he was there and then a frustrated phone call telling us he was in the lobby when he was not. We told him we would be down in less than 10 minutes and we got the feeling he almost left. Then, during the drive he proceeded to tell us his personal troubles of how he ended up in Japan- his life was threatened, he has numerous degrees, etc. We brushed these strange comments aside and tried to relax and enjoy our ride. Though he was accommodating in taking our photos and stopping for the bathroom, he rushed us several times at each site. Though he said he was our facilitator, we realized we missed texts and phone calls asking where we were at one location though we had plenty of time. It was clear that he had an 'in' with some of the boat people and seemed disappointed we didn't want to rent anything at the lake. When we got to the pagoda, he rushed ahead of us and tried to geg us to cut the line. He frustratedly said he'd wait below and then we found him waiting impatiently below at the end. As if we weren't already uncomfortable, he discussed how he didn't get a paycheck last month and needs us to give him a good review, pleading for a good review which whether his circumstances are true or not, is extremely unprofessional. My husband said he'd help him out but he kept insisting I pull up the review and complete it in the car. I pulled it up and pulled up the wrong one, being rushed. He demanded a screenshot of it when we got into our hotel room. I blocked him. Don't hire this driver. He has a temper and there is something off and just plain unprofessional about him. Save your money and rent a bus.

HORRIBLE SHAMBLES!!! - DO NOT BOOK!!! This tour operator is highly unprofessional and had spoilt what was meant to be a very special trip for us during our Honeymoon. Firstly, we never had any communication from them prior to the trip. We had to chase them and at the last hour had a one word confirmation that we will be picked up from our hotel at 8:30 am the day of the trip. Secondly, on the actual day of our trip, at 6 am we received a text asking if they can collect us at 7:30 am because of the traffic in Tokyo…there was absolutely no consideration of giving us sufficient notice to get ready. We were told that they will wait for us at our hotel’s lobby regardless when we can be ready. We rushed our breakfast and were in the lobby by 8 am to find no one there waiting for us. Thirdly, when we texted this tour operator to find out why they are not in the lobby as this was what we expected given our prior communication with them, we received a photo of a car and multiple text messages asking where we are and where our hotel was. This was quite a shock. Eventually we received a phone call from a highly argumentative driver telling us that he is at our hotel and we are not there. After exchanging some strong words with this guy, he turned up outside in an old van which looked like it was about to fall apart. He started shouting at us to get in. He was not Japanese/local but a foreigner from a county where ‘bait and switch’ tactics are common place. There was no guide with him. He told us that he will do both. At this point we refused to get in as neither it looked safe nor professional. Subsequently, after a few phone calls we managed to speak to Nippon Voyage Tours that operate this trip. We told them that we want a full refund and we were threatened that there will be no refund if we leave bad feedback. That said, as soon as we mentioned complaining to Japanese authorities, we received a full refund straight away. The company claims to be opwratong for 10 years. It’s a lie! They have no idea how to plan or look after tourists!!!

Worst tour guide - The guide didn’t guide us through anything. He had no information about any of the sites. It was horrible.
