Amazing private tour - Didi was our private tour guide. She was amazing!!! Since this was private it was in a car and not a crowded bus. She took photos of us. Would definitely recommend!

Great Experience - This was a fantastic tour. The guides were friendly and we learned a lot about life on the island. The caves were beautiful. What a wonderful ecosystem they have. The little bats were cool to see. Highly recommended.

Will only book with Aida Travel Services in Curacao - they were exceptional - Our family was travelling together on a Norwegian Cruise throughout the Carribean, one of our excursions was unexpectedly cancelled by the cruise, so we found ourselves on our own with a full day to space in Curacao. I called around to various sites on the island, and was given a recommendation to call various tour operators, one was Aida Travel Services, for whatever reason, i was unable to contact any of them in advance (hard to call from the boat!). We were lucky and spotted an Aida representative in the port... to my surprise, the representative was Aida herself!. Aida took such good care of my family. She knew that the boat had cancelled many tours that day. She was eager to help and assist us and even called her son to confirm terms and make for a smooth transaction. It was pretty obvious that we were out of our comfort zone and an easy target for an aggressive tour operator to try to sell something expensive and really have no consequences if they don't deliver (we were leaving that evening). Let me tell you, Aida did EXACTLY what she said and sold, and she priced us more than fairly and the tour was perfect. Her tour guide, that went by the name of Lady, was also exceptional and did a great job of bi-lingually explaining all the sites. I was able to figure out on my own that Aida actually charged us 25% less than the going rate for the same tour the boat cancelled....really great..not to mention, we had some extra time before the ship departed..Aida's team offered to take us around for another 30 minutes to see the sites for free. You better believe we tipped well for all of that! We highly recommend Aida Travel Services --- Aida herself puts a personal touch on everything and is the real deal in Curacao. Great Job Aida!

Wonderful Tour Experience - Ayda and Francisco were wonderful! Was going to book one with Carnival but glad we ended up with this one - got everything I wanted out of a tour (beach, historical background, other fun tidbits).

Worth experiencing! - First off our tour guide was amazing. His knowledge of the island and its history was truly commendable. The Hato Caves was a good place to tour and seeing the flamingos on the way was topping of the cake.

Caves, flamingos, and Kokomo beach - Lady was delightful as a tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. The places we toured were a lot of fun and we had enough time to enjoy each.

Caves, Beach and Flamingo - This was a nice experience. We booked for the beaches and Hato caves, but my husband and I were the only people for the tour that day, so the itinerary was changed. Leo was great, and gave us a private tour which in this instance included the city, with history. We were able to get out and take pictures. Unfortunately, we would have liked to stop to take pictures at the lock heart and on the bridge. We did get some nice pictures of the flamingos and the cave was a sight to behold. Kokomo beach was beautiful and the food and drink at the restaurant were on point. The only downside about that beach is it is extremely rocky and I injured my toe. Hopefully, it heals soon. Overall a wonderful experience.

This tour caters to cruise ship passengers. - Tour was disorganized (came to pick us up in a van that had only 1 seat open), but fine (nice tour guide). What wasn't fine was waiting 2 hours for cruise ship passengers in a hot bus. Fortunately a tour guide plucked us from the bus so we could get out since we had a 1 year old.

Terrible Experience - The tour company overbooked and put us on a tiny van with 30 people. After waiting for 45 mins and having the three women say nothing to us … we finally leave the port and had a guide that barely spoke English and explained NOTHING, took us straight to Mombo Beach told us to get out and said they would be back in 2 hours. We elected to stay @ Mombo Beach for a few hours and then got a taxi back to the port. I called and asked for a refund. Needless to say, we saw nothing Curacao accept the beach! Was very disappointed!!

Terrible - This excursion with Aida tours was terrible. When we got to our pick up location, they had a big coach bus that did not fit everyone that had booked so they got my family a taxi. The driver took us to all the tour locations however was not informative in the drive none of which was his fault since he was not a tour driver. The Hato Caves were very cool but we felt very rushed. Last stop was Kokomo beach. It was awful. There were no lounge chairs and the ones that were available were broken. The bathrooms were disgusting. The beach and ocean was very rocky. We spent $523 and it was a waste of money.
