Luminous lagoon - Great experience, a Bit Short in our opinion but nevertheless it was really beautiful. It really feels and Looks like You have small lights glued to your hands. Khrisann picked us up and made the Ride to the Lagoon feel very short, she ist super Kind and really nice. We would do it again, but only if she would pick us up again.

Simple, uncomplicated way to see this amazing lagoon! - I booked a 6:00pm tour to the Luminous Lagoon with Down To Earth Tours for one person. I was told my pickup time was 5:30pm and my driver, Jordane, was right on time. I was the only participant, so it was a private ride. We drove to a bar with a pier called Buzzo’s Sports Bar and Grill where I was handed over to the tour guides there. I was offered Rum Punch or Bottled Water. There were bathrooms and showers. We arrived at 6:09 pm, so it was still too early and not dark enough for the tour. My driver Jordane waited with me until about 7pm and we had a nice chat. At that time, another group of three joined me and it was dark enough to go out, so the four of us boarded a small boat while Jordane waited for me at the bar. The lagoon itself is absolutely incredible, a once-in-a-lifetime must-do! (Tip: go after a sunny day, as the organisms draw energy from the sun and glow brighter at night.) Our boat driver and tour guides took us out to the middle of the water where there were several other boats. We were able to swim for about 15-20 minutes in the water- I wish it were longer! There was a photographer who took individual photos of us and transferred them to our phones. The cost was $10USD, so bring cash. You are going to want to purchase the professional photos because, even taking a phone camera in a waterproof case, it’s very difficult to get good photos. Video worked a little better. We rode back to the bar, where Jordane was waiting for me and took me straight back to my hotel by 8:45pm. There were no unnecessary stops, so it was quick and sweet. I’d definitely recommend doing your lagoon tour with Down To Earth Tours.

We went out on the lake and got in to see the microbes light up the water, the ground was super mushy, still fun. - I had a great experience and got some nice pics. We were picked up and dropped off safely. I would definitely recommend and do it again.

Breath Taking - The view was beautiful and it was just simply something I had never seen before, I recommend it but I wish the ride on the boat lasted a little longer. Hosan our driver was very prompt and professional.

Great for 1st or last day of trip - My driver was very inviting and welcoming! It was a pleasure to meet her! The lagoon was really nice and relaxing! I definitely recommend to do on your first or last day of your trip!

Breath taking tour - Very amazing sight! Our driver was great and we really enjoyed all of his suggestions that he gave us. The tour is a bit short once you are in the water, but we still feel like we got the full experience! Make sure to wear shoes, not flip flops, the ground is extremely mushy in the water. There are lots of jellyfish in the water in early August, I was stung by a small jellyfish, but the experience was so great it didn’t matter!

A MUST !!! - I loved everything about this excursion from the confirmation text and emails to ride back to the resort… Khrisann our driver was the best great convo and nothing but laughs she made sure we were comfortable at all times and never let us out of her site. The excursion itself was amazing and beautiful and the staff was super friendly… This is definitely a must

Zero communication - They didn’t provide proper pick up and drop off accommodations as they stated, and once agreeing to the drop off location, they canceled the order and refunded us without message or notification. Crazy.
