Blue hole Ocho Rios - C.L.A. Tours gave us a private transport to Blue hole and shopping in Ocho Rios. Blue hole was a phenomenal experience. We were able to leave our belongings inside the van while we hiked, swam, and had a blast at the Blue hole. Very trustworthy, kind, and friendly driver and tour guides all along the way. Craig had connections everywhere and was able to provide us with a safe and fun excursion. I thoroughly recommend using this tour company!

Wonderful time at Blue Hole! - Our family of 4 had a great time with Craig as our driver. Very punctual and courteous. He stopped so we could shop for souvenirs as well. Blue Hole tour would be great if you have teenage children. May not be for very young children.

Amazing Experience All Around - My wife and I were referred to CLA by a buddy of mine, excellent choice. Craig and Wynter were amazing. Professional, on time, clean van, no groups at all. Wynter was our driver and guide, super friendly and funny dude. We will definitely use CLA again next time we are in Jamaica.

Craig A is an allstar — horseback riding was fun! - My family had a wonderful time horseback riding! The guides were all very nice and fun, wonderful photographers! LOL major shotout to our driver, Craig A. Is amazing!! He was so sweet and explained things to us, told jokes, and helped us arrange a surprise for my mother-in-law’s 50th bday! Craig is great! We lucked up getting him!!

Girls trip with sister and daughters - Had an awesome experience horseback riding and tubing. Craig was very professional and helpful on both days. If you want good dependable service he is the one to use.

Girls 40th celebrations trip! - Craig was nothing short of professional. He went to all measures to ensure all our experiences were met to the highest standard. We used Craig for every journey we needed, whether it be excursion, trips to the bank and the market. He was always available and ready to give a top notch service. Some evenings we went to a few clubs, and he would wait the whole night early hours to bring us back to safety. Craig is honest and kind. I will definitely be using him again the next time I return to this beautiful country!!!

Best experience!!! - I had the best time ever in Jamaica, I loved doing the excursions.Craig our driver was lovely and friendly he made me and my friends feel welcome and safe especially as it was my 1st time in Jamaica. Next time I return to Jamaica I will b contacting Craig to drive us around and even recommending him to my friends and family.

Reliable tour service but you need to ask about and clarify prices; bring cash! - I am only giving C.L.A. Tours and Excursions an average rating because there were a couple things Mr. Craig Allen, the owner, and Winter could have done better. First I will start with what I liked. Craig was highly responsive and flexible. We were making our plans last minute, and he responded to me on Christmas Day. The driver we were assigned, Winter, was pleasant, prompt, helpful, and knowledgeable. The van was clean. We had been thinking that we wanted to do horseback riding and Dunn's River Falls. But Winter suggested the Blue Hole instead, as it would be less crowded. We really did enjoy it (we had been to Dunn's River before) and Winter made sure we had a good guide for the Blue Hole. The horseback riding was a real disappointment. Probably not C.L.A's fault, but I would not recommend this tour. The good part was that the horses appeared well cared for and were strong. But the staff who guides you give almost no instructions for guiding the horses and no helmets. The time on the horses is maybe 30 minutes. We walked through a small village of shacks onto the beach. The small beach was filthy with garbage. It was shared with ATVs. We had to stop a couple times to move out of the way for the tractor that smoothed out the area where the ATV's ran. But this trek was simply a walk through a very poor village onto a filthy beach, then make a u-turn, walk with the horses through the water, and back to through the village. What could have been done better: 1. When you book with C.L.A. you are only booking the vehicle and driver. Not for the actual activities. During my conversations and emails with Craig Allen he did not mention that. It was only when Winter picked us up that it was mentioned. It may have been in the fine print on the website, but was not in the confirmation email I received. I would recommend much more clarity in emails and pre-conversations. 2. On top of that, you must pay in cash. While not their fault, we had tried to get cash the day before, but ATM's were out of cash. So they were kind enough to let us stop at an ATM on the way out. However, even if I had gotten cash the day before, I would not have had enough - the ATM stop would have been required regardless. 3. When we were leaving the Blue Hole, we said we wanted to go back to the hotel for lunch. As we neared Ocho Rios, Winter said he was going to take us to the ridge to see all of Ocho Rios. It would have been nice if he mentioned that as we were leaving the Blue Hole and maybe discussed it more with us. My family was a little hungry and not prepared for the detour. It was nice to see the view, but more communication would have made it a better experience. (PS I have reviewed Blue Hole separately) Overall, I would say that C.L.A. is a reliable service with knowledgeable and informed staff. But ask
