Negril bound. - The experience was great. Our driver was very professional. We were picked up time. He offered to stop if we wanted to se the restroom or get something to eat. He was very knowledgeable about the area.

No Negril vacation time wasted with using Mr. Reasonable private transfer! - Our driver was on time,very friendly, and efficient in getting us to/from resort. It was only an hour 20 minute drive for us. Well worth getting the transfer. Anna (scheduler) kept us updated on where to be, status of driver and making sure we arrived. We will definitely use their service again.

Affordable, reliable and friendly transfer service - Mr. reasonable provided us with an affordable, reliable and friendly transfer service from Sangster international Airport to our hotel in Negril. Linley, the owner, drove us from the airport, and Robert drove us back. Both drivers could not have been more pleasant to spend an hour and half with during the ride.

Southwest Customers Beware! - The experience with Southwest employees in the Montego Bay Airport was absolutely horrendous. There were truly zero staff members that I feel are not included in the above statement. It started with the priority line in which we waited almost 30 min. The regular line was moving at an exceptional speed, but because of how the lines were setup, we could not even move passed other people in line to get into the regular line and were stuck until it was our turn. The lady that "assisted" us was very short and almost to the point of rude in dealing with us and yet the people prior to us, she spends almost 30 minutes laughing and joking with. Of note, I had made no comments about the wait or the inefficiency of the staff. That was very disheartening. Once we got to the gate it was complete and utter chaos. There were no announcements being made to advise about what was happening. As passengers we took it upon ourselves to try to line up where we were supposed to be, the numbering system made zero sense preventing us from knowing which side we were supposed to be on. We communicated amongst ourselves and figured out where we thought we needed to be. Then one of the staff members "scolded" us and said we were lined up on the wrong side (AGAIN NO COMMUNICATION PRIOR TO THIS AND IT WAS 10 MIN AFTER BOARDING WAS TO HAVE STARTED). We then shuffled to the opposite side of the pillars as she instructed and were promptly scolded by another SW employee to move back to where we had been at originally. There were almost 30 wheelchairs, who I understand were able to board first. But from my understanding of the rules, only 1 person was allowed to board with them. In one instance, I saw 6 people boarding with the single wheelchair. Once we arrived in Baltimore the flight attendant announced that the wheelchairs would be available after everyone else deplaned and to remain seated. All but 1 person was up and moving off the plane and walking just fine through the terminal. There were so many alleged pre-boards that having an A19 boarding position got us to the closest row of 21 that actually had space available for us. There were numerous pre-board individuals who clearly did not need preboarding at all but were allowed. These are people who are fit and bragging to each other about how they were able to get preboarding without any questions asked. We were then waiting for the numbers to be called and a swarm of people were at the front trying to board the plane, they were all in B boarding group. I think those people being allowed to board before the A-group was very disrespectful to those of us who genuinely deserved to be there. We spend an exorbitant about of money with this airline and to be treated in this manner along with all of the other changes that are being made really make us not want to continue the relationship with this airline. It is quite frustrating and at this point I can’t in good conscience recommend this airline or the alleged perks that are supposed to go along with being a card member.
