Authentic farm getaway - My friend and I loved wandering the cumin farm with Ali and James. As two women traveling India, it’s sometimes hard to navigate but they were really respectful and kind gentleman. The crops were in their baby form which was nice to see, the harvest happens closer to February so we were a bit early. Started with a trip to a small nearby lake. Then we were greeted at the farm with a delicious cup of chai. We learned about different trees and plants on the land. Tried some “glue” berries that sticks to your mouth. A weird fruit but interesting to experience! Lunch was tasty and some women from the family gave us henna. This felt like a very authentic getaway from Jaisalmer city and I think everyone should check it out! Ali also helped book us with a desert stargazing tour that was amazing! We went to a part of the desert where there were no people and I highly recommend asking Ali or James about that offer too.

Best experience - I truly enjoyed my time! It was such an amazing experience from the drive to the farm all the way to picking cumin from the farm. The family was so sweet as we drank chai and ate a traditional rajasthani lunch. I recommend this tour for solo travelers and families, amazing experience

Excellent farm experience in the desert!! - Wonderful experience! ❤️❤️❤️ Beyond what I could have hoped for. We were in total immersion with local culture and culinary traditions simply magical change of scenery assured. Our host Ashraf shared with us his botanical knowledge of desert plants as well as the operation of the farm. Recommended!

Great authentic farm tour in the desert ! - I can only recommend the experience of this farmstay in the desert. So authentic, it will stay one of the best memories from our travel. We got to learn about how to grow plants in the desert with very little water, we drank the best chai ever with the cow's fresh milk, we saw the most incredible pink sunset, we ate an amazing meal made from farm to table under the new moon, played music and shared an amazing moment with Ashraf and his family. Great to escape the heat of the city and live an original experience that changes from the classic desert safari everyone else is offering. Truly magical.

Wonderful experience at mystic farm - This was one of the most wonderful experience in my life. The place where you can feel rural life and taste some of the fresh local vegetables. You can walk all around the farm, pick any tree you want to sit under and meditate, or just breathe the silence. Organic food, masala chai, friendly mystic people, peace in the midst of desert. I think you don't need anything else for perfect time. I highly recommend!
