Day 1:
Please note that the tour departs from our office in Jaisalmer; however, we can surely arrange your pick-up from your hotel in Jaisalmer or any pre-decided point.
Your departure for the tour is between 2:00 pm to 03:00 pm (depending on the month of safari) by jeep to the campsite, 50 km outside of Jaisalmer; one hour drive with Jeep
After you arrival an the campsite you can enjoy your camel ride, visiting one village on the way and arriving at the sand dunes in time for sunset. Duration of camel ride is approx. 1:30 to 2 Hours and each person will have there own camel to ride.
After experiencing the impressions of the desert you can enjoy a delicious dinner, prepared for you over the camp fire. Sleeping beneath the star studded sky on your clean bed roll you are bound to have the dreams of the desert.
DAY 2:
8:30 am to 10:30 am - After sunrise and breakfast another camel ride, then transfer back to Jaisalmer by Jeep for 12 noon.
We offer shower facilities if you wish to refresh before your departure for the tour or on return.

Our safaris transport you to secluded and unexplored regions of the Thar desert, during which you’ll get to visit villages, observe indigenous wildlife, and witness some of the most stunning sunsets and sunrises. As you slumber beneath a sky bursting with stars, our tailor-made bedrolls enhance your comfort. You’re invited to pick up local cooking techniques from our camel guides as all our meals are freshly cooked over a campfire.

- We require minimum two people to start The tour and maximum group can be of 8 people or any size if you travel with your own group

Outstanding experience of Thar desert - We booked camel safari with overnight stay in the sand dunes with the Adventure team. This turned out to be one of the best things to do while in Jaisalmer.
The itinerary was well planned and executed by Indar ji and his team. We had camel safari for more than 1 hour and were taken to an isolated sand dune. We spent a night under open sky. The bedrolls provided were very clean.
The staff Salim and takaram took very good care of us. The food they served in dinner was purely desi and amazing.
This was our 2nd safari with Adventure team. We did the same safari way back in 2017, and the experience was so good that we repeated the same in 2024.

Overnight camel safari - We really enjoyed our trip organised by Vikrum and the team. We were a little worried about which camel safari to book hearing some mixed reviews on quality. The safari we did was perfect and went partly by jeep and then led on camels to a beautiful empty area of sand dunes with stunning views. We were really happy with our choice and would 100% recommend. After the tour we were also able to shower and freshen up at Vikrums house before getting our bus from Jaisalmer.

Amazing trip! - Had such an amazing experience with this company. Its very difficult to decide which tour to go on when you arrive in Jaisalmer. We are so happy we went with the adventure travel agency and had the best time.
We went for the overnight camel safari and it was exactly as described to us by Vikram at his office near the Fort gate.
Being out in the desert on the camels was so peaceful and relaxing. The camp spot we stayed at was out in the national park, on a big dune away from civilisation.
Arun and Taga were the best hosts, they know so much about the desert and we really enjoyed learning from them.
The food was fresh and delicious & we had a lovely fire to keep us warm in the evening. Could not recommend them enough, one of the best things we have ever done!

Nice overnight safari - Nice and enjoyable experience: travel on a jeep to remote location to switch on camel ride, then wonderful dinner made afresh on fire, enjoying the desert views, and finally stargazing till falling asleep . Special thanks to our driver/guide Arun, who made our stay (together with camel master Premal) unforgettable. All family enjoyed much a nd can only recommend. Just do not forget some suitable dress, nights are cold :)

Amazing 2 night 3 day Camel Safari - What an absolutely incredible experience. We went on a 2 night 3 day camel safari and loved the entire experience. From the initial correspondence and briefing, Indar, Vikram and the team were incredibly helpful in answering our questions and providing all the information we needed and sorting out the booking.
The actual safari was a once in a life time experience. Sleeping under the stars in a remote and unspoilt location amongst the dunes, eating the most delicious food and immersed in the tranquil and serene nature of the desert - what more could one ask for.
Our guide Taga, and his helper, Kandun were exceptional. Taga is professional, helpful and an amazing cook. He made sure we were comfortable throughout.
Vikram and the team made sure all our needs were taken care of, including providing turbans and yoga mats for the safari, transport to and from the desert, storage of our luggage and fresh milk for our first morning. They also went above and beyond to provide other recommendations for the rest of our travels when asked.

An amazing experience! - What an amazing trip! Very genuine and away from the many tourists in other locations. To have a camel trek in the late afternoon, wander around the dunes, have dinner prepared in front of you and a beer watching the sunset, and then sleep under the stars is a great experience. Thanks to Arun and Taga for making this a trip to remember.

The unequivocal desert tour - Upon arriving in Jaisalmer, it quickly becomes apparent that the desert tour market is a crowded one. In booking through Adventure Travel Agency (who are conveniently situated just by the fort, rest assured that you will receive a service of the utmost quality.
For a competitive rate, the tour offered ample time riding camels, provided freshly prepared local food and mineral water. Most crucially, Adventure Tours operate on unspoiled dunes, providing an authentic and memorable night under the stars. Highly recommend.

Great views and incredible hospitality - Great views and incredible hospitality. Indur, Vikram, Arun and the boys were very kind and went out of their way to make sure we had the best time. Still walking a bit funny from the camel but worth it.
