• Adventure Travel Agency Camel Safari - Route: Our safari takes you into remote and isolated areas of the Thar Desert with its tranquility, varied wild life and clean sand dunes.

Day 1:
Please note that the tour departs from our office in Jaisalmer; however, we can surely arrange your pick-up from your hotel in Jaisalmer or any pre-decided point.
Your departure for the tour is between 2:00 pm to 03:00 pm (depending on the month of safari) by jeep to the campsite, 50 km outside of Jaisalmer; one hour drive with Jeep

After you arrival an the campsite you can enjoy your camel ride, visiting one village on the way and arriving at the sand dunes in time for sunset. Duration of camel ride is approx. 1:30 to 2 Hours and each person will have there own camel to ride.

After experiencing the impressions of the desert you can enjoy a delicious dinner, prepared for you over the camp fire. Sleeping beneath the star studded sky on your clean bed roll you are bound to have the dreams of the desert.

DAY 2:

8:30 am to 10:30 am - After sunrise and breakfast another camel ride, then transfer back to Jaisalmer by Jeep for 12 noon.

We offer shower facilities if you wish to refresh before your departure for the tour or on return.

As you slumber beneath a sky bursting with stars, our tailor-made bedrolls enhance your comfort. You’re invited to pick up local cooking techniques from our camel guides as all our meals are freshly cooked over a campfire.

• In event of bad weather condition the tour could be cancelled; in this case we can offer a refund or another departure date

• Please note that there are no man made facilities available on our tour such as tents or washroom; for toilet you have to go behind the bushes.
