Zip line and Arial tour - We had a wonderful time on the tram and zip line!! Daniel, Victor and Handsy gave us personal service and were terrific, professional and knowledgeable. They made it such a fun experience for us!! We booked as a group and the price was lowered! Would go again in a heartbeat!

Amazing rain forest experience! - Our group had a wonderful experience with Sebastian, Mike and Danny as our guides! The walk through the grounds was informative and interesting. This was followed by a 20 minute or so tram ride up the mountain learning more about the rainforest. Coming down was the best part. We saw fantastic views and had a blast over the 9 zip lines that brought us back to where we started. Easily the best zip lining experience I’ve had.

Zip lining - What a great experience. The entire staff was friendly and informative. They made sure everyone has a safe experience. Very smooth ride and no jolting when stopping. Staff controls the brake to ensure a safe and comfortable ride. Highly recommend.

Great Guides Great Fun! - Our guides were fabulous, very friendly, very patient and extremely professional. Luis & Walta (apologies for butchering their names) made it a fun, relaxed and exciting adventure. Life Long Memory Acquired - The guides were very friendly and made you feel safe, but also still free to have fun. The tram ride was lovely, and not packed full of people. 13 ziplines down. So much fun!

Zip lines, tram, garden and food - Had a fantastic time doing the 9 zip lines and one drop. Great tram ride with a fantastic tour of the garden and area with George. Had chicken empanadas at the snack shop with a peppers vinaigrette that was amazing.

Good combination of tram to top and ziplines down. - Very good view of the jungle. The tram was great to get you started and up on the mountain. From there the ziplines down were reasonably fast and long, with good views of the jungle and ocean below.

Aerial tram and zip lining - The aerial tram ride up the mountain was pleasant and the zip lining back down was fun with a nice view of north Jaco Beach. The butterfly aviary and medicinal gardens were a disappointment and not in great condition, I would suggest they hire some one skilled to take care of them.

Nice mountain experience in Jaco - It was a fun outing - we went up on the air tram and two family members came down with the zip lines. The team had nice views although it is very slow. The ziplines were fun.

Book directly with vendor, NOT Viator unless you want to be lied to and be disappointed on your booking. - Do not book through Viator as they are a middleman and lies about the tour. I booked a zipline tour with additional exhibits for additional cost for my family but to find exhibits described were not available at the location. I request for a partial refund but flat out denied with no good reasoning of explanation. I recommend booking it directly with the vendor as they offer exact services they have at the location without paying extra. Viator customer service was a huge disappointment and will not recommend, nor ever use them ever!
