You’ll find several rental options in the Jacksonville area And most will be around the same price point. However, customer service was the determining factor for me and Leola and Dwayne were nothing short of amazing during my rental experience. There was an issue with the slingshot and we were not able to use it during our rental period. Leola and Dwayne were great through the entire process and they ended up coming to pickup the slingshot and give us a ride home. A refund was issued and although we were not able to enjoy the slingshot like we had hoped, we are definitely going to return to fully loaded to rent again soon! In a world full of options, customer service will always be the deciding factor for me
