The journey from the hotel to the archaeological dig site takes around 45 minutes. Spend approximately 3 hours exploring the entire ceremonial center. Then, drive 35 minutes to the beach for lunch. The return trip to the hotel is about 40 minutes.

The Xihuacan Archaeology Tour includes a visit to the Xihuacan Site Museum, which houses around 800 artifacts. These include ocean shell works, ceramics, obsidian vases, bell necklaces, copper axes, stone tools, and granite carvings.

Next, visit the ball court, where the ancient ball game was played. This game was closely tied to religious rituals and often associated with human sacrifice in pre-Hispanic cities.

The tour continues to the pyramid known as Edificio B, constructed with bricks on the inside and modeling clay on the outside.

Following this, visit the rural community of Soledad de Maciel, where villagers have built homes atop what was once a high-class neighborhood during the Pre-Columbian Period.
