Don’t miss out!! - Luis, was an amazing tour guide on the private city tour. He is so kind, personal and treats you like family. His knowledge of the area is top notch. The farmers market was so incredible the fresh food is a site to see, he explained how all the things came to the market. This was our second tour with Luis, he is Fantastic!!! His tours are so fun, we are doing the Horsebackriding tomorrow.

City-Countryside Tour with Luis - Our tour guide, Luis, was very knowledgeable and grew up in the Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo area. He took us to some interesting places where we learned about coconuts and bought a handmade bowl & spoon made from the actual coconut, saw how handmade roof tiles and learned about some local history. We visited the farmers market in Zihua and had we had someplace to store food, we would have bought many fresh food items. We will likely be going back there on our own! We had a delicious lunch in Zihua at a mexican restaurant on the beach at long beach. Overall, it was a wonderful tour and a pleasant day. We would recommend it to all, especially to learn about the area and different cultures in each city.

Girls trip, very enjoyable tour. Well worth it. - We had a wonderful experience on this tour. Luis was an excellent tour guide. He took us to several stops where we could enjoy the views and experience the local places and people. He was able to answer any/all of our questions, and shared a lot of information about the area. His vehicle was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this tour, especially for first time visitors to the area.

Great guide and perfect length of time. - As this was my wife's and my first trip to this part of Mexico it was very helpful to get the lay of the land. We had Francisco as a guide and he was outstanding. It was just the three of us. We got to see many parts of the towns and got out of the van too and walked a bit. Had a quick lunch and Margarita as well. The four hours was the perfect length of time.

Perfect area intro for a first time visitor - Great way to get a little taste of the whole area from Plata Linda down towards Playa Las Gatas. Mostly a driving tour, but we got out and walked around a bit at Ixtapa marina, Playa Linda, a scenic overlook on the highway and downtown Zihuatanejo. Knowledgeable local guide who gave us a lot of area history, local tips and restaurant recommendations. No built in snack or bathroom breaks but pretty flexible agenda so you’d just need to ask. The guide was good enough to take me to two banks even to try to withdraw some pesos. The crocodiles at Playa Linda were a highlight. A great tour for the first day of someone’s first trip to the area.

Great tour! - We had a terrific time, Francisco our guide was simply great. He took us around the region where we got to see and learn the rich culture and history of the area. He even took us past Ixtapa where we saw crocodiles, we were not expecting it, but it was a great experience. Ask Francisco to take you to a stand where you can try the baby green mangoes, quite flavorful and delicious. Since there's not a lot to see and do near Zihuatanejo, this is a good way to spend part of your day. Make sure to do it early on in your stay as a way to acquaint yourself with the area. For what you get, it's a great value.
