Highly recommended - Hit all the highlights of Gozo in a single day, very efficient. The driver, Godwin was great. Gave us the history, information, trivia of all the sights and the island. On the way back, sailed through the Blue Lagoon, saved us another trip.

An absolute blast with an amazing guide - Amazing tour and super value for money! If you're thinking about booking, do it now, because they should be raising the prices! We had Joanna as our tour guide and driver for the day, she was incredibly enthusiastic and a pleasure to be around for the day. She even went the extra mile by getting a bit of cake and a candle for my girlfriends birthday. It was very sweet! Thank you so much and we'd love to come try the self drive ATV option next time.

Worthwhile trip - I left this tour until the last full day of my holiday, and honestly I’m so glad I did. It was a really fun experience. The premise is quite simple, you get picked up by mini-bus, taken on a power boat across to Gozo (FYI don’t sit at the back of the sea is a bit choppy, you will get wet) where you then get separated into Jeeps of up to 6 people. They’re a bit cramped and there’s very little safety features, so going up and down some of the steep terrain can feel a bit hairy. We had a really good driver though so didn’t feel too bad. You then get taken on a sightseeing tour around different key points of the island of Gozo. You get a bit of time at each location to take photos and explore. I went in March, so it was a bit windy but the tourist attractions were not too busy. Lunch is included in the price and to be honest, wasn’t half bad at all. Being a solo traveller I always worry that I’ll get put with large groups or lots of couples, but I was grouped with a small group and a few other solo traveler’s which worked out nicely.

Excellent full day out - I’m not usually a fan of organised excursions but this was a brilliant full day. Picked up by minibus from the hotel at 8.30 for the 50 minute drive to the port, short boat trip to Gozo where we were paired up with our guide and companions for the day. I think we got lucky because our guide Vince was amazing. A local who was obviously proud of coming from Gozo he was informative, chatty and great company. The jeeps carry up to six in the back. Again we were lucky there were only two others, a lovely couple on honeymoon, who were great to chat to. Vince took us to all the sites on the tour and pointed out others along the way. The optional boat tour around the caves and inland sea for 5 euros was well worth it. Lunch was Maltese pastry, beef and mash, ice cream, wine and water in a local restaurant. Not the best meal I’ve ever had but not the worst either. Faster boat ride on the way back via the blue lagoon to pick up the minibus and back at the hotel for about 5.30pm.

Packed day, very fun! - We loved our driver Joe, who was a native of the island! He made a special stop at a bakery where we saw breads and pizzas being pulled straight out of a brick oven! The cliffs and salt pans were also favorite stops. It would have been nice if we learned a little more history of the island but Joe’s English was somewhat limited. It was a very packed day with 9 stops, would have preferred having 2 less stops with the option to stop at a cafe for an afternoon drink.

Good value jeep tour - We enjoy organised trips and picked this trip as they do pick ups near your hotel. The pick up was on time and in a comfy mini bus. There are other pick ups along the way but they don't take long to get to the ferry port where we boarded a small powerboat for the short trip to Gozo. The sea was choppy which added to the fun of it bouncing over the waves at speed. Top tip - don't sit in the back of the boat if you don't want to get wet. This was a well organised trip so it was a smooth swap over as we joined our friendly guide Pauline from the Netherlands who now lives on the island. The jeep has two benches in the back so some rejigging needed to fit in. Then we were off round the island where we had plenty of time at each stop and Pauline suggested some short walks we could do between picks up. Another top tip is to bring at least a long sleeved shirt, and probably a sweatshirt, as it gets quite cold in the back as the island is pretty windy. People have moaned about the lunch but what on earth do you expect for the price. In reality the lunch was basic, but nicely cooked, and our veggie option was fine, The ice cream was a nice surprise and don't forget you are supporting a local business. The trip to the tacky souvenir shop was boring. Then it was back to the powerboat which was smoother this time. This was a well organised trip with a great guide who clearly loved the island and was good value for money.

Not worrh it! - Paid for a "private" tour, it was not private, a lot of time wasted going to 5/6 different hotels to wait for people. In the end, we were rushed through things that deserve more time.

Can’t contact operator - I tried to contact someone to see if we could be picked up from the Ramla Bay Resort but you can’t actually contact anyone to check.
