- IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CLIENTS BOOKING FROM 30th APRIL TO 09th MAY 2025 Due to the extraordinary situation surrounding the passing of Pope Francis, and the event of the conclave to decide the next Pope. The tour will still be operating as planned but the Sistine chapel will likely be closed as the Cardinals will be meeting to elect the next Pope. The tour will still be a skip the line visit of both the Vatican museums and St. Peter’s Basilica as originally planned. In these exceptional circumstances please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. We hope that you will still have a fantastic visit and this will truly be a unique experience and a historic moment to visit. We hope on the day of your visit to see the white smoke and for you to be able to join the celebrations for the newly elected pope! If you wish to continue with your tour, you will not need to do anything and we hope to make this a very special and memorable experience for you.
- If you arrive late for the meeting time, it will not be possible to join the group or reschedule. As per “No Show” rules you will not be entitled to a refund.
- Due to the Jubilee, some monuments or areas may be under restoration and subject to last minute closures. Please pay attention to any messages we may send regarding potential changes.
- If you purchase a reduced ticket and you are not under 16 years old or a student under 26 years old with a valid student photo ID, the Vatican will deny your entry and you will not be able to visit the Vatican or join the tour.
- Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women to enter the Sistine Chapel.
- Please be aware that large bags/backpacks/suitcases are not permitted in the monument/ attraction.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not suitable for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair. Please be aware that large oversized bags/backpacks/suitcases are not permitted in the monument/ attraction.
- It is not possible to contact guides when they are inside the Vatican museums, it is the clients responsibility to stay with the guided tour group, if you lose your guide inside the Vatican, there is nothing we can do in this case.

Best Tour!!! - My 18 year old son and I visited Rome for spring break and we both thoroughly enjoyed this tour! Our guide, Debra, was so knowledgeable and well respected within the museums. I have visited before on a tour and I felt I learned so much more on this tour due to our thoughtful guide. I felt like we got the best tour of anyone who visited that day.

Magic - Magic! I visited let it was an amazing experience. The papal tomb is a solemn place, full of great spirituality. The places with their priceless works, offer a fascinating journey. Many thanks to our guide Marc who enriched the visit with his fascinating explanations and expertise. I recommend this experience, especially with such a competent guide.

Arnaldo great guide!! - Arnaldo our Tour Guide was Super!!! Very intelligent, knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. My wife, daughter (12) and I learnt a lot. My youngest daughter (5) as you'd expect wasn't really interested but Arnaldo was very understanding with her and tried to include her anyway. Great experience :)

fabulous! - We had the chance to visit the Vatican this afternoon with Marco as our guide, and it was an unforgettable experience! His in-depth knowledge of history, art and fascinating anecdotes brought to life every corner of this incredible place. Marco captured our attention throughout the visit with a perfect balance between historical facts and small touches of humor.
