Definitely skip the line ! - Had such a great time on this experience. We went at 8:30 a.m. and had the halls almost to ourselves. I am guessing that is due to the early time slot. We also were not part of a large guided tour and were able to slip past all of them on the way in. The path to the Sistine Chapel is so beautiful. The beauty and lack of crowd make it a pretty magical experience. My boys said it ended up being their favorite tour.

Vatican Museum Experience - Very good experience. It was all very fast and easy to get to. The office is next to the museum entrance so it was perfect! The truth is that it was my only option to have tickets 2 days before going. I recommend it.

Skip the line Vatican tour - My family and I did a self tour which was perfect as we could move at our own pace. The waiting time was not bad and we were happy to have set up the the tour.

Good experience - Easy to find the office because its near to vatican museum entrance and yes, get entrance tickets without waiting long line! with one host service. The trip made me happy that day. So, if you have bit budget do skip the line with them.

Hectic ticket collection - There were not enough tickets when we got there and we had to wait. The experience of getting the tickets was hectic, but once we got in everything was great.

Some good lots bad... - Enjoyed the museum but a little long. Sitting Chapel was amazing but was not warned about no pictures in the Chapel. WAS asked to to put away camera and the verbally attacked by a visitor. Left and never could fund the entrance to the St. PEITER Bacillica. So we left. No one would help us find it. The pointed us to exit the building. Will never go back there again!!!!

Family trip - Skip the line was a good idea however since this tour was not a guide tour it made it difficult to navigate. I would recommend skip the line and a guide or audio.

Crooked business in the Vatican - It's a pretty shady thing going on: you see the long queues and find some skip-the-line offers online for more money but guaranteed fast entry to the Vatican museums.
To collect the tickets, you have to go to the basement in a side street where a lot of men who appear to be of Indian/Singalese origin are talking wildly, making phone calls and keeping people waiting or sorting them. When a group of around 10 people is ready, you get a sticker and are told to follow the "guide" to the entrance. He kept shouting "Stay together!". He then speaks to the security guards and after the second check he hands out the tickets for the museum. Another quick "please rate us well on TripAdvisor!" and the colleague disappeared again. In principle, everything worked out - but you did feel like you were in a pretty mafia-like game.
The guys are sure to buy cheap tickets and sell them for three or four times the price - use a few connections and do their business...in the Vatican. In principle, this is not a problem...and it's nothing new that the church is simply watching and making money.
