Fair, Efficient and Excellent Service - Stefano and team were excellent! Booked transport from Rome Port (Civitavecchia) to Rome Hotel. Cost was much less than private transfer contracted through cruise line. Because of the early morning pick up, there is a 'dead' leg considered in the cost (they have to pay their driver and expense getting to the port). Communication when quoting, planning, following up, days before was responsive, upfront and helpful. Very honest expectations about traffic. We were 3 adults 1 child and 3 weeks away, we had a fair amount of luggage (which we communicated about) - car that was sent was PERFECT size and the most comfortable of all private transfers we contracted. 2 rows of seats and a FULL trunk that fit everything with ease. There is no better feeling than leaving the port (or an airport, or a train station) and seeing someone with a sign that has your name on it.

Transfer from Ciampino to Civitavecchia - Stefano is an absolute gentleman. Our flight into Ciampino was delayed, but this was no problem to him. Despite the lateness, he offered to make a stop for coffee. He is an incredibly knowledgeable and interesting man, with whom making conversation was very enjoyable. His vehicle was spotlessly clean, which I think is a reflection on Stefano and his business. I would not hesitate to recommend this tour/transfer operator, and if/when we return to Rome, I will certainly book with him again.

Wonderful transfer with Stefano - Stefano was great. Right on time and was exactly where he was supposed to be. Treated us to cappuccino then made sure we could get our luggage in to the guest house when we arrived too early. Treated us then to croissant and espresso. Will call on him again if needed.

Driver was on time and... - Driver was on time and helped with the luggage. He was a very aggressive driver but I guess that's better than the alternative when you want to get to the airport. He dropped us at the correct terminal but at the wrong location...United was door 7 which required a very long walk...he should have known better. A true black car driver would have been more professional.
