• Pompeii Archaeological Park - Pompeii (/pɒmˈpeɪi/) was an ancient Roman city located near present-day Naples in Italy’s Campania region, within the comune of Pompei. Alongside Herculaneum and numerous villas in the vicinity (such as those in Boscoreale and Stabiae), Pompeii was buried under 4 to 6 meters (13 to 20 feet) of volcanic ash and pumice during Mount Vesuvius’s eruption in AD 79. Many residents were unable to escape and were also buried. The journey from Rome to Pompeii takes approximately 3 hours.
• Positano - Positano is the most renowned town on the Amalfi Coast, celebrated for its picturesque scenery, with a cascade of colorful houses descending towards the sea, recognized worldwide. It is an enchanting place, reminiscent of the sirens from legend who were said to inhabit the rocks of Li Galli, the small islands facing Positano. The drive from Pompeii to Positano takes about 1 hour.
• Amalfi Coast - As you continue along the Amalfi Coast on the return trip to Rome, you will witness the most famous cities with their breathtaking views: the vibrant sea, the coastline, and the roads that wind around the mountains are just some of the marvels to behold. The drive to Rome takes 3 hours, without stopping in Amalfi city.
