- Duomo di Milano - The photo tour of Milan’s Duomo will examine every stage of the massive “marble giant’s” construction over the course of nearly seven centuries, starting with the ancient Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore’s archaeological remnants, moving through the Duomo’s stunning stained-glass artwork, up to the five bronze doors that completed the facade, two of which stand out as being made by Lodovico Pogliaghi and Giannino Castiglioni.
It was constructed in lieu of the historic churches of Santa Maria Maggiore and Santa Tecla in 1386 at the request of the first Duke of Milan, Gian Galeazzo Vis

Embark on a bespoke walking tour guided by a professional Photographer through the city of Milan. Your professional photoshoot begins in the vibrant city centerpiece, Duomo Square. Thereafter, we will venture to the renowned Gallery Vittorio Emanuele II, often referred to as ‘Il Salotto di Milano’. Constructed during the later half of the nineteenth century, this shopping arcade serves as a perfect backdrop. As we traverse the main arteries of Milan, capturing breathtaking photos, you will take a respite to enjoy a cup of coffee and a croissant. Following this authentic Italian interlude, we’ll visit the awe-inspiring architecture of the Novecento Museum. Ending the tour, you will be left with an indelible memory consisting of approximately 100 high-resolution photos, with 10 of them meticulously retouched.
