Awesome - The experience was fantastic. Wish I had more time to explore the different cities 😊 the guide was nice enough to wait for me to get in the minivan in the morning because I was running a little late.

Very disappointed - I had booked this tour with comments in French. I receive a message asking if I would accept the visit in English rather than Spanish. I had not asked for Spanish but either, I accept for fear that we will be completely cancelled the excursion (even if we do not speak English, we thought the main thing was to go see the cities). Initially, the rendezvous time was 8:45, we were changed to 8:15. People think we had to change bands because there weren't enough people on the one we signed up for. Except in the end, instead of going to Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento, we only did Amalfi and Ravello. Ravello, cute little town but we were not interested! What made us angry was that not once were we made aware that we were changing the tour. We took this activity because it was these cities that interested us! If we had known we could not see them, we would have cancelled our tour! But of course, it certainly did not help them! Fortunately the guide we had was very friendly and smiling. If we return to Naples one day, I will not resume this kind of excursion and especially not to Naplesbay Tour.
