• Sorrento - Sorrento is a charming town overlooking the Bay of Naples in Southern Italy. A favored tourist spot due to its array of small antique shops and its location on the Amalfi Coast, it is easily accessible from Naples and Pompeii, situated at the southeastern end of the Circumvesuviana rail line. The town is renowned for its quaint shops selling ceramics, lacework, and marquetry (woodwork). The Sorrentine Peninsula offers views of Naples, Vesuvius, and the Isle of Capri. The Amalfi Drive, linking Sorrento and Amalfi, is a narrow road winding along the high cliffs above the Tyrrhenian Sea.
