Rome Limo Service - Very easy to deal with considering we were in Canada and they were in Italy. Sent emails back and forth and responses were quick and driver was right on time when we landed in Rome and took us to our hotel. 2 days later driver was at hotel to take us to cruise port and drop us off. Prior to our return we confirmed pickup time and spot and again driver was waiting for us to take us back to hotel. 2 days later after confirmation driver was at hotel to,pick us up and take us back to airport for trip back to Canada. Cars were very clean and drivers efficient. Highly recommend if you need this service in Rome area. Grazie for your excellent service.

Reliable service - The driver was already outside the port terminal ahead of schedule which is very good because I had an early flight to catch. He was showing a clear and very visible signage of my name using a tablet so it can easily be seen from inside the terminal and made it very easy for me to find him. He was decently dressed and the Mercedes-Benz car was also very clean.

Transfer from Civitavecchia port - Great experience! We left the ship after our cruise, it was so nice to have a ride waiting for us directly under the ship. We chose tour options and so our driver was able to drop us off at various locations in Rome for quick photos (very close to the Trevi fountain, a really short walk). It was a nice introduction to the highlights of Rome. in the end we were dropped off in front of our Hotel in Rome.

Excellent on time Family transfers in Rome! - I emailed the guys and confirmed via Wattsap 4 different transfers. They communicated very well and kept us up to speed with all our confirmations and collections times and points. Very on time and highly recommended!

excellent service - We have used Rome Airport Transportation on and off for over five years, every time we go to Rome. Earlier this month we booked a transfer from our central hotel to the cruise ship on the morning of our sailing. As usual the driver was on time and the car immaculate.

Hotel to Civitavecchia port - Very nice transport to Port. Pick up at hotel in Rome! Van with other passengers. Made excellent time. Was pretty much on time at estimated pickup time.

Overcharged - Your company charged us $245 US dollars. I found out from our hotel, that they could have provided a transfer from cryuse terminal to Rome for $145 US dollars. Meaning, Viator overcharged US by $100. That is ridiculous.

Stressfull - Our driver was a half an hour late, citing traffic. We thought we were going to need alternative transportation. Obviously this was stressful.
