A fantastic tour which was more than I expected. - I was pleasantly surprised to be given the opportunity to meet with Pablo Escobar’s older brother. Andres was very friendly, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable in the subject of the Narcos. I had many interesting and thought provoking discussions with Andres which gave me more insight into life in Medellin. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in this type of tour. The tour provided by Andres has left me with a thoughtful lasting impression.

We had an amazing time - I enjoyed everything about the tour! Andres was very knowledgeable & friendly. I can't remember our drivers name but he was great too! I brought my son's manual wheelchair & they were very accommodating. He didn't even need his chair during the tour. Andres also sent suggestions on where to eat based on what I was wanting.

No Show - Tour guide never showed up. He said 8am. We waited and waited. Sent him a message he never responded. Had someone from Viator call him and no answer. Waiting for refund.

“NO SHOW” Tour Guide Andres Cardenas Munera - We scheduled this tour for Saturday April 20. I messaged Andres Cardenas Munera the day before to find out what time he was picking us up from the hotel. He messaged me and said 8am. We waited outside for him and he didn’t show up at the time we agreed. I messaged him at 8:06am to ask what time he was arriving because it been 6 mins past 8am. Andres Cardenas Munera never tried letting us know he was going to be running late or not show up. Nor did he respond to my message. I had an agent from Viator also try calling him and he never picked up his phone. We ended up cancelling this tour after 45 mins of waiting. We’re waiting on our refund. Viator was very helpful and are assisting us in getting our refund. We requested that they remove Andres Cardenas Munera from the Viator site to prevent this from happening to someone else. Check his reviews because this isn’t the first time he’s not shown up. I highly ADVISE everyone to exercise extreme caution when booking with Andres Cardenas Munera. Be prepared for a “No Show” there are other more reliable tour guides out there.

Tour Company Never Showed Up - Unfortunately, we were never able to complete this tour with this company. They did not message us the day before to confirm pickup, and we never heard from them on the morning of the tour. Pickup was supposed to be a 9am, and when we didn't hear from them, we ended up contacting a tour guide from the previous day to see if she was interested in doing the tour for us, and luckily -- she was available! So we did end up doing a Pablo Escobar tour, just not with this company. We were able to get a refund from Viator, but it's just unfortunate that they didn't bother contacting us to do the tour we paid them for.
