The cooking class concludes with a brief tasting of the dishes prepared together, as the primary goal is to teach techniques and share tips that the Operator can take home and use in their own kitchen.

During the lesson, the host will share the tricks of the trade for three authentic regional pasta recipes. Put your cooking skills to the test and have fun along the way. Each participant is provided with a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients needed to create the dishes. Afterwards, savour everything you have prepared over a meal paired with a selection of red and white local wines.
