• Fonte Giusta Trattoria & Scuola di Cucina - Embark on a delightful culinary adventure through the tastes and scents of Tuscany with this cooking class. Guests are warmly greeted with a glass of prosecco and provided with a chef’s hat and apron. The expert chefs will share their insights and secrets of traditional Tuscan cuisine. Participants will learn to craft authentic dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients, including three types of fresh pasta (gnocchi, pici, and tortelli), three seasonal sauces, and meat main courses, culminating in the creation of the renowned tiramisu. The experience concludes with a tasting of the prepared dishes, paired with a selection of Rosso Toscano IGT wine, Chianti Classico DOCG, Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, and Brunello di Montalcino DOCG.
