- Fonte Giusta Trattoria & Scuola di Cucina - Embark on a sensory adventure through the tastes and scents of Tuscany with this cooking class. Upon arrival, the friendly staff will greet participants with a glass of prosecco, and provide a chef’s hat and apron. The chef will share valuable tips and secrets of traditional Tuscan cuisine. Participants will learn to prepare authentic dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients, including three types of fresh pasta: gnocchi, pici, and tortelli, and will finish with the creation of the renowned tiramisu. At the end of the course, enjoy tasting the prepared dishes paired with Tuscan Red Wine IGT, Chianti Classico DOCG, and Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG. This experience will be shared with fellow travelers.
