Beautiful scenery, amazing guide and great food and wine. Highly recommended!! - Amazing tour with a fantastic guide. Wine was great. Tour guide was a sommelier and offered detailed tasting notes on the wine. Iris was very patient and explained the process of making wine and the difference in the 6 wines samples. Scenery was stunning. Iris offered us some great restaurant suggestions and gave us a scenic ride back to Florence. Great way to spend half a day in this beautiful country.

Very sweet. - We opted not to do the Vespa rides and just do the wine tasting. That left us as the only couple for awhile which was great. Small vineyard with an excellent host in Iris. Great wine and lunch was plenty. Bread (salted with olive oil made at the vineyard), salad, pasta. Beautiful views. I am not a wine drinker but I learned a lot and enjoyed it. 9/10. Btw it rains in April in Italy.

Fun day in Tuscany - Guide was fun and the experience at the winery was interesting. Our table group was a blast and we all really enjoyed the wine and the interaction. One suggestion is that if you are using Google maps, put in the address not the company name. Tuscany Cyclery is the business name not Tuscany Vespa tours.

Wine tour near Florence - This tour took place in a winery that was once a monestary. Beautifully situated in the countryside. We sampled 4 delicious wines and a true Italian lunch

Winery great / tour company not so much - The winery was a small winery. The tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. She brought us into the vines to show us the different grapes. We then proceeded inside for a tasting of 6 different wines and one olive oil.the views of the landscape are beautiful. A light lunch was served. Wines are available for purchase. The winery was a good experience. The people who brought us to the winery, not so good. We were in a taxi in route to the meeting place when they called to cancel our tour because someone called in sick. We had a group of 7 people but we had separate reservations. Our friends called and they were told the tour was still on. I suspect that the tour was overbooked and they had to cancel us to make room. So 4 of the 7 people were able to go and 3 had to make other plans. This is a once in a lifetime experience for many people. This is unacceptable to cancel at the last minute like that. I would look at other tours if I were you.

Not pleased with the transportation’s fake excuse - I wish I could tell you how the tour was. On the way to the meeting place, the transport company called to say the transporter called in sick so it was cancelled. We had to find another activity at the last minute. It’s not everyday you go to Florence and plan a Tuscany day trip. You can’t just schedule that the same day. We planned it weeks in advance. Come to find out, the trip went on as planned without us, and no one called in sick it was just an overbooked situation maybe and we got cut. I heard the winery was wonderful! I wish I knew! Beware that the transportation may be different from the winery tour and the transport may be sketchy with fake excuses.
