We’ll convene at the location of our culinary adventure, then embark on a market excursion to procure premium early produce not available in our own gardens. Post-market, we’ll reconvene at our original gathering spot to embark on crafting a modest yet striking menu, featuring home-style dishes made with zero-mileage ingredients.
Participants will master the art of preparing a starter, crafting handmade pasta for the main dish, concocting a delectable side, and whipping up a thrilling dessert. To cap off the experience, we’ll offer expert food and wine pairings for each dish and present a token of appreciation for entrusting us with your culinary journey in Florence.

- Cru bread - we will make a really simple and quick bread that we will season with what we like best from our urban garden.
- Orecchietta KM0 - pasta made with water and flour, and a dressing of fresh produce from our garden, 100% Tuscan oil and other ingredients that we will choose from our display case.
- Eggnog from CRU - we will make eggnog from eggs from hens that live in the wild and are doing well. One of the best desserts of Italian gastronomy.

With our guidance, you’ll uncover well-liked areas of the city, especially the Sant’Ambrogio neighborhood and its market. The Sant’Ambrogio market, one of the city’s oldest, provides a taste of authentic Italian culture and tradition.
