What’s in store?
Upon arrival, guests will be personally greeted by the Gandolfo family.
Following the welcome, guests will be guided through our world:
– The silo area, where the wine rests and stabilizes;
– The bottling area, where each bottle is crafted;
– The tasting area, designed with attention to detail to offer a warm and authentic welcome, where guests will savor the pairing of local products with two of our wines: a white, the “Grillo Sicilia DOC,” and a red, the “Nero d’Avola Sicilia DOC.”
– Finally, “La Barricaia,” where Marsala wine rests and matures in traditional oak barrels. Here, guests will taste our “Liqueur Zibibbo, Terre Siciliane IGP” and our “Marsala,” our pride and traditional fortified wine. This is accompanied by “tagliancozzo,” dry biscuits made with toasted almonds, which pair excellently with this type of wine.
