Super cooking experience - Giulia is a talented chef, and a terrific teacher. We made 2 different fresh pastas. Culurgiones was a new one to us and typical to Sardinia. Both pastas came out great and we're delicious. What a fun lunch that was.

Yummy Culurgiones! - Amazing cooking course. There were two Finns and three Americans, along with the warm-hearted host Giulia. We talked about food and everything else. Lots of laughter and new learning. Making culurgiones was initially challenging, but in the end, everyone succeeded. We enjoyed a hearty and delicious lunch in a cheerful atmosphere and in great company. Thank you, Giulia, keep up the good work! P.S. There could be a sign at the entrance. We stood outside the gate for a while, wondering if we were in the right place

A different morning than usual... we were very satisfied - Great experience! The house is cozy and warm, and Giulia – the hostess – was hospitable and caring. The aperitif was great and the cooking class, focused on tagliatelle and culurgiones, was explained in a clear and practical way, with the possibility to get your hands on pasta right away. I highly recommend this experience to those who want to learn while having fun

An unforgettable cooking class at Giulia – with heart, passion and lots of laughter - We had a fantastic cooking class in Cagliari with Giulia today – and would highly recommend it! Already at the warm welcome in her apartment, together with her small family, we immediately felt at home. Giulia is an incredibly personable, passionate cook with a rich pool of tricks and tips that she freely shares. Not only did we learn the best Culurgiones (a Sardinian speciality taught in German – a real rarity!), but we also laughed a lot and felt the joy of cooking. Her warm manner, professionalism and commitment impressed us deeply. It conveys not only recipes, but a real passion for cooking and Sardinia. We sincerely wish Giulia continued success – professionally and privately – and hope that many, many people will book this course and have an unforgettable time! A si biri!

A great experience! - Great cooking class! Giulia is a great hostess and has explained everything to us great! We got the recipes too and so we can copy everything at home! The food was all so delicious! Bring hunger and fun! You don't need any prior knowledge!

Pasta, ravioli making class - We signed up for this class prior to our cruise. It took a while to get to the house via Uber/taxi. When were arrived Guliana was a gracious host. We made our own ravioli pasta dough, then a fettuccine type pasta dough. She then taught us how to properly stuff the ravioli and pinch /close them. Before that process we used hand crank pasta rollers, and thinned each type of noodle till usable, then cut them. We watched as she explained the proper way to cook the ravioli so they dont burst. We had lunch with a sparkling wine and white wine. Overall a fun and full worthwhile pasta creating class

Nice pasta workshop - Neat and clean location. Hostess Maria speaks good Italian and German, English is more limited. All materials were ready. We mainly made the pastas, Maria took care of the rest like the sauce and antipasta. Nice wine and dessert, cozy Mood, worth repeating.
