The evening begins with a refined aperitif, a mixed dish that celebrates Italian flavors with fresh vegetables and a selection of local cured meats and cheeses. We will continue with the culinary course, a practical and engaging experience that leads participants to the preparation of traditional “orecchiette” and delicious “maccheroncini”. Each participant will have the opportunity to put the skills learned into practice, contributing to the creation of the dishes.
After the cooking session, we will enjoy a shared dinner, tasting what has been prepared. Dinner will be accompanied by a selection of carefully chosen wines: a robust Primitivo reserve red, a fresh rosé and an aromatic white.
