After a brief introduction to the local ingredients, participants will have the opportunity to learn how to make authentic Genovese pesto by hand, using a traditional marble mortar and wooden pestle.
Following this, enjoy the freshly made pesto served over artisanal trofie pasta, complemented by a tasting of one or two local wines: Vermentino and Ciliegiolo. The experience concludes with time to relax, take photos, and receive a participation certificate along with a jar of long-lasting pesto to take home.
