In this class, participants will learn to craft three types of spritzes, the quintessential Italian beverage, and create fresh, handmade pasta with a traditional sauce—all under the guidance of a local expert chef.
The session begins with an Aperol spritz, allowing you to mingle with fellow participants and meet your chef. Then, the pasta-making adventure begins.
Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you’ll roll, cut, and cook your own pasta while mastering the art of making the perfect carbonara or cacio e pepe. As you cook, enjoy a refreshing Hugo spritz—because why not?
Once everything is prepared, savor your meal with new friends, your chef, and a delightful Limoncello spritz to conclude a perfect afternoon.

Spectacular spritz and pasta - This was a great experience. Chef Jem is energetic, friendly, and a great teacher. It's probably the spritz talking, but I might actually be able to make pasta when I get home!

Come hungry, leave tipsy and filled with memories! - The best time! Come hungry, leave tipsy! My husband, brother and sister in law had a great evening learning how to make traditional pasta and sprits and the enjoyed eating and drinking both. So much fun!

If you’re thinking about it, DO IT! - Highly highly recommend. It was a very fun and entertaining class. Definitely a highlight of the trip. Will be using this recipe for homemade pasta from now on. Hosts Sherry and Shivi were great.

So much fun! - Giovanna and Gabi were so fantastic! Booked this for a trip to Rome after visiting another part of Italy and would recommend this to all types of travelers. It was so much fun and they kept our glasses full the entire time. 10/10 would recommend to friends!
