Amazing family experience !!! - From the moment we walked in we felt like family. Every person made us feel so welcome and patient with our four kids. We made fettuccine, gnocchi, and tiramisu. We were taken to a beautiful private room where we were served bruschetta while our teacher prepped us on the activities. Our kids donned aprons, chef hats, and given a setup of boards, rolling pins and ingredients. Our chef, Maggie, was hands on (along with Alena) in walking us through mixing, kneeding, and providing tips from her own experiences to make a great meal. After we made our own food, it was boxed up, and we were seated at the restaurant for a proper meal. We were given a .pdf of all the recipes so we could practice when we get home. The location of the class is off the tourist area in a cute, cobblestone-lined alley with pastry shops and cafes. Get there early, walk around and grab a cappuccino. This was really an amazing experience for my whole family. My teenage daughter is ready to move to Italy and study to become a private chef. Highly recommend.
