Corinth Canal - The Corinth Canal connects the Gulf of Corinth in the Ionian Sea with the Saronic Gulf in the Aegean Sea. It cuts through the narrow Isthmus of Corinth and separates the Peloponnese from the Greek mainland, arguably making the peninsula an island. The canal was dug through the isthmus at sea level and has no locks. It is 6.4 kilometres (4 mi) in length and only 21.4 metres (70 ft) wide at its base, making it impassable for many modern ships.

We had the pleasure of... - We had the pleasure of having George as our driver for a day trip to Corinth, Nafplio and Mycenae, and he truly made the experience unforgettable. George is a well-planned, punctual, and extremely safe driver. What stood out most was his deep local knowledge—he didn’t even need GPS, navigating with confidence and ease through every turn.
His passion for Greek history really came through, as he shared fascinating insights and stories about the places we visited. You can tell he’s not just a driver, but a local expert who takes pride in showing guests the beauty and heritage of his country.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for more than just transportation—George adds real value to the journey!

A perfect trip with Costa as an amazing tour guide - Our guide Costa was the BEST! This trip was amazing! We wanted a private car so we could adjust our schedule. Costa made it the perfect trip. He was funny and engaging and gave us a perfect blend of history, culture, and entertainment. He also gave us wonderful advice on wear to eat and which sites to spend more or less time at to save time, money, and avoid the worst of the heat. He helped us customize our trip and we would 100% recommend this tour. You see a number of great sites with rich history, splendid views, and interesting museums. If you need a day trip from Athens to see more of Greece and its history, this is a great tour. I would absolutely recommend it and 100% ask for Costa!

The memory of a lifetime - It is hard to describe the magnificence of Mycenae, almost 1000 yers before the ancient Athenian Parthenon. Seeing the layout and the architectural details brings the Homeric legends to life. You can see why they never lost a battle! Nafplio is a charming stop for lunch and coffee near the sea. As for Epidaurus, the theater and its legendary acoustics are not over-stated; it is awesome to stand in that 4th c BCE theater, speak in a normal voice, and have anyone in any of its 1700 seats hear you perfectly. The roads and the views from the fortresses at Mycenae are spectacular. We did all this as a one-day trip with MyAthens Transfers, who gave us a really nice car and Panos, a truly knowledgeable and helpful driver. The whole day was the memory of a lifetime

Outstanding Full Day Tour - We had an extraordinary experience. Our driver/guide Michael did a terrific job answering questions and sharing his vast knowledge of the many sites we visited. This tour is a great way to visit many attractions as well as visit the lovely seaside city of Nafplio for lunch.

Private ride with modified route on request - Had a great day with my driver Costas who told a lot about the history of the region, the gods etc. It was nice that I was able to adjust the route according to my wishes and there were also photo stops along the way.

Best private day tour I’ve had in a long time! - This was the best travel experience I have had a long time.
I was assigned Nick as my driver for the full day tour. Nick was the consummate professional - having an advance discussion to set expectations on how the day would progress and confirming if the schedule was acceptable. As we arrived at each location Nick conveyed where my tour would begin, what to expect, where he would be located to continue on to the next destination and the time it should take to complete the visit - always acknowledging he was available for additional support if needed and to underscore the tour was always safe.
At the conclusion of each stop he would engage in a conversation on my comments and if it meet expectations.
I would not hesitate to book this trip with Nick.
This was, hands down, a great full-day tour experience because you were not crammed in with other tourists with mixed capabilities and you could take a nap knowing Nick had your back and you were not going to miss anything. In fact, he recommended a gelato retail store that was highly recommended by TripAdvisor.

Great overview of the... - Great overview of the Peloponnesus peninsula. Panos was very knowledgeable and friendly. We even saw a couple things not listed in the description. The tour operator was very accommodating of our schedule and made it easy to switch around the schedule. Nafplio was a great addition to the trip, and a place I never would have thought to go but absolutely loved. This was a great way to spend the day.
