Day 1: Istanbul

Sultanahmet District - Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, your private guide will warmly greet you and escort you to your hotel, located in the historic Sultanahmet district, atop the tallest of Istanbul’s seven hills. You’ll have the opportunity to explore this vibrant and historic area before settling in for the night.

Day 2: Istanbul

Hagia Sophia Mosque - Your guide will meet you at your hotel today, and your first stop will be the Hagia Sophia, where you’ll admire its stunning architecture and fascinating history. You’ll also visit the Blue Mosque, a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture.
After lunch, you’ll explore the Hippodrome and the Basilica Cistern. In the afternoon, enjoy shopping at the Grand Bazaar before returning to your hotel for the evening.

Day 3: Istanbul

Topkapi Palace - Your guide will meet you at your hotel, and you’ll head to the Topkapi Palace. Built by the Ottomans after their conquest of Constantinople in the 15th century, you’ll have the chance to explore its treasures, including the Imperial Harem’s hidden chambers. Next, visit the Spice Market/Egyptian Bazaar before embarking on a tour of the Bosphorus Strait, with a relaxing stop at a café in the afternoon. (The itinerary may be adjusted for the best experience.)

Day 4: Istanbul to Cappadocia

Cappadocia - Enjoy breakfast in Istanbul before traveling to Cappadocia. Your private guide and driver will greet you, and your tour will commence with visits to Uchisar Fortress, Ortahisar, and Red Valley.

Day 5: Cappadocia

Zelve Open Air Museum - Today, your guide will take you to explore Pasabaglari (Fairy Chimneys) and the Zelve Open Air Museum, featuring rock-carved houses, a Seljukian Mosque, and ancient remains. After lunch, continue to Esentepe for panoramic views of Goreme Valley, visit the Goreme Open Air Museum (rock-cut churches, frescoes, monastery), and explore Kaymakli Underground City.

Day 6: Cappadocia - Ephesus

Day 7: Ephesus

Meryemana (The Virgin Mary’s House) - Today, your guide will meet you at your hotel for a visit to the magnificent ancient city of Ephesus. Enjoy a leisurely exploration, including the Terraced Houses, followed by a visit to the Ephesus Archaeology Museum. After lunch, visit St. John’s Basilica, the reputed burial site of the Apostle John, and see the ruins of the Temple of Artemis, one of the Seven Wonders of the ancient world.
*You’ll also stop at Mary’s House before returning to your hotel in Kusadasi for a relaxing evening.

Day 8: Pamukkale - Antalya

Antalya - Your guide will meet you at your hotel for a morning departure to the stunning and much-photographed site of Pamukkale. With an optional swim in Cleopatra’s thermal baths, you’ll admire the beautiful white travertines and the remarkable site of Hierapolis. After lunch, continue through the mountains to the Mediterranean gem - Antalya.

Day 9: Antalya

Perge Ancient City - Your guide will meet you in the morning for visits to the fascinating sister cities of Perge and Aspendos. Enjoy a leisurely day at these locations. You may also choose to visit a local waterfall before returning to your hotel in Antalya.

Day 10: Antalya

Termessos - Today, you’ll tour Termessos, one of Turkey’s best-located historical sites, perched on a mountain overlooking the sea. Your guide will meet you for an early morning departure. After a morning outdoors, visit the impressive Antalya Museum before exploring the old town of Kaleici, where you can enjoy the nightlife, restaurants, or bars at your leisure.

Day 11: Departure
