1. Booking Confirmation
After completing your booking on Viator, a confirmation email with all tour details will be sent to you. Please provide:

• Your hotel name and address
• A valid phone number (preferably WhatsApp)
• Your preferred pickup time, if it differs from the suggested time

2. Before the Tour – Reminder
The day before your tour, we will reach out via WhatsApp, email, or phone to:

• Reconfirm your pickup location and time
• Share your driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle plate
• Address any last-minute questions you may have

3. Hotel Pickup (Day of the Tour)
At the confirmed pickup time, your private VIP Mercedes Vito will arrive at your hotel/accommodation.

• Our professional driver will be at the hotel entrance
• Offer bottled water and comfortable seating
• Begin the journey toward Bursa & Cumalıkızık

4. Highway Travel to Bursa

• We use toll highways to minimize traffic
• Optional restroom/coffee stops can be arranged upon request
