• Istanbul - DEPARTURES FROM ISTANBUL: Guests will be picked up from their hotel (or Airbnb address if parking is available) in Istanbul and transferred to the airport for their flight to Denizli. Upon arrival at Denizli Cardak Airport, a tour guide and driver will greet them at the arrival terminal exit and drive them to Pamukkale Natural Park for a guided tour. This service is available for bookings with the ‘from-to Istanbul Hotels’ option.
• Pamukkale - DEPARTURES FROM HOTELS IN PAMUKKALE OR KARAHAYIT: The tour guide and driver will meet guests at the reception of their hotel in Pamukkale or Karahayit and drive them to Pamukkale Natural Park for a guided tour. This service is available for bookings with the ‘from-to Pamukkale Hotels’ option.
• Pamukkale Natural Park - Pamukkale Natural Park is a must-visit destination for nature and history enthusiasts. This park offers experiences at the white travertines of Pamukkale, Cleopatra Pools, and the ancient city of Hierapolis, all located within the park.
• Hierapolis & Pamukkale - Highlights of the Hierapolis Ancient City include Roman Baths, Domitian Gate, Latrina, Oil Factory, Frontinus Street, Agora, Byzantium Gate, Triton Fountain, Cathedral, Apollon Temple, Plutonium, Theater, and Antique Pool. Visitors can capture beautiful photos from the best spots in Pamukkale. (Admission to the Hierapolis Ancient City is free with a Pamukkale Natural Park ticket)
• Pamukkale Thermal Pools - After visiting the Hierapolis Ancient City, guests will have 60-75 minutes of free time to explore the natural beauty of Pamukkale and swim in the white travertines - thermal pools. (Admission to the thermal pools is free with a Pamukkale Natural Park ticket)
• Cleopatra Pools - Located above the Pamukkale white travertine pools, this stunning spot is fed by the same hot springs. Guests can bathe in the same waters Cleopatra once enjoyed! A modern spa facility allows for a relaxing experience in these historic healing waters. Unlike the white water of the lower pools, the Antique Pool favored by Cleopatra, Queen of Egypt, features pure, clear warm water. It was once topped by a Roman Temple to Apollo with a decorative roof supported by Doric columns. Imagine Cleopatra’s experience in its glory days.
• Pamukkale - Guests will stop at a local restaurant for lunch. Afterward, they will participate in a traditional handicraft workshop to learn about the special stones and metals of Pamukkale.
• Pamukkale - At the end of the tour of Pamukkale and its surroundings, guests will be returned to their hotel in Pamukkale or Karahayit, depending on their pick-up location. If the ‘from-to Istanbul Hotels’ option was booked, they will be transferred to Denizli Çardak Airport for their return flight to Istanbul.
• Istanbul - Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, a driver will meet guests and transfer them to their hotel. This service is included only if the ‘from-to Istanbul Hotels’ option is selected.

The Pamukkale region is the second most preferred destination for tourists visiting Turkey. Should you choose to undertake this journey from/to your hotel in Istanbul, all airport transfers and round trip local flights will be incorporated.

• Departures from Istanbul : This option includes round-trip flight tickets between Istanbul and Denizli. Therefore, the local tour operator may request your passport details in order to book your flight tickets. If you do not provide the requested information, your domestic flight tickets may not be issued, and you may not be able to join the tour. If you fail to provide this information at least 48 hours prior to your trip, or if you refuse to share the required details, you will need to cancel your reservation. Otherwise, the local tour operator may apply the tour’s cancellation and refund policies, as your booking cannot be completed due to missing required information.
• Please note that if you cancel or skip any part of the itinerary during the tour, no refund will be provided for the cancelled or skipped portions.
• Child rate applies only when sharing with 2 paying adults. If you will be 1 adult + 1 child, the local tour operator can request & charge the amount of 2 adults.
