1. Sultanahmet

3. Karaköy
Karaköy is a vibrant harborside district where trendy cafes and late-night cocktail bars coexist with neighborhood bakeries and family-run businesses. Studios and boutiques of young fashion designers are housed in Ottoman-era buildings adorned with street art, and the area boasts a thriving modern art gallery scene. The 16th-century Klç Ali Paşa complex includes a mosque and therapeutic baths.

4. Galataport Istanbul
Galataport is a cruise ship port and mixed-use development located in Istanbul’s Galata neighborhood. It is situated on the European side of the Bosphorus strait, where it meets the Golden Horn.

5. Meclis-i Mebusan Cd. 36 B
Dolmabahçe Palace served as the main administrative center of the Ottoman Empire from 1856 to 1887 and from 1909 to 1922 (with Yıldız Palace used in the interim). It is located in the Beşiktaş district of Istanbul, Turkey, on the European coast of the Bosphorus strait.

6. Naval Museum
The Istanbul Naval Museum is a national naval museum situated in the Beşiktaş district of Istanbul, Turkey. Established in 1897 by the Ottoman Minister of Navy Bozcaadalı Hasan Hüsnü Pasha, the museum houses a significant collection of military artifacts related to the Ottoman Navy.

7. Beylerbeyi Palace
The Beylerbeyi Palace, meaning “Lord of Lords,” is located in the Beylerbeyi neighborhood of the Üsküdar district in Istanbul, Turkey, on the Asian side of the Bosphorus. Built as an Imperial Ottoman summer residence between 1861–1865, it is now positioned just north of the First Bosphorus Bridge.

8. Büyük Beşiktaş Çarşısı
The Beşiktaş Bazaar is a popular Sunday market located in the Beşiktaş district. Upon entering the market, visitors are greeted by a myriad of colors and friendly smiles. It offers an impressive range of goods, from tomatoes to exclusive jewelry.

9. Taksim Square
Taksim Square, with its Republic Monument, is a bustling area for nightlife, shopping, and dining. Vintage trams travel along Istiklal Caddesi, the city’s main pedestrian boulevard, lined with 19th-century buildings housing international shopping chains, movie theaters, and cafes. The dense network of side streets is filled with bars, antique shops, and rooftop eateries offering views of the Bosphorus.

10. Şişhane Sokak
Once known primarily for its lighting shops and heavy traffic, Şişhane Sokak is now rapidly transforming, featuring some of the most attractive fin-de-siècle buildings and excellent accessibility thanks to the new metro station. Few know the origin of the name, the 6th (Şeş in old Turkish, now only used in backgammon) Office, referring to the municipality headquarters of the 6th arrondissement, Istanbul’s first modern municipality.

11. Egyptian Bazaar
The Spice Bazaar in Istanbul, Turkey, is one of the city’s largest bazaars. Located in the Eminönü quarter of the Fatih district, it is the most renowned covered shopping complex after the Grand Bazaar.
