Istanbul - The driver will be ready at the Istanbul hotel to transfer guests to the airport for the flight to Cappadocia. Airport transfers are available from many hotels in Istanbul. Hotel pick-up times in Istanbul range from 4:15 am to 6:30 am, depending on the exact flight schedule. Upon arrival in Cappadocia, guests will be greeted at Kayseri or Nevsehir airport and transferred to Cappadocia. The tour guide will meet guests for the day tour after the airport transfer. (Hotel check-in will occur at the end of the tour.)

All flight tickets are in economy class and include a baggage allowance of 15 kg for checked luggage and 8 kg for carry-on luggage per passenger. • The hot air balloon ride is an optional activity and is not included in the package price. Ticket prices for balloon flights vary depending on the season and demand. • Hot air balloon flights require optimal weather conditions and may be canceled at any time by the Civil Aviation Authority. Such decisions are made for safety reasons and are final. Cappadocia, with its rich history spanning thousands of years, offers much more than just a balloon flight experience. If your primary reason for visiting Cappadocia is the balloon ride, please be aware that cancellations may occur due to weather conditions.
