An unforgettable experience! - The food was rich with Turkish flavors, and the performers made the evening lively. We saw Istanbul from the water, and the view was just breathtaking, especially with the city lights at night.

A magical evening - We enjoyed a traditional Turkish meal while being entertained by lively music and dances. The boat passed famous landmarks like the Hagia Sophia and the Bosphorus Bridge, making the evening truly special.

Good Night but not for us. - Over all We enjoyed the evening . The appetiser starters were already laid out at each seat . However the main food was plain basic choices of either fish chicken or meatballs. Not particularly warm and presented. But considering the amount of guests and facilities available understandable. People arrived from as early as 7:30 until 9:00pm and it was confusing as to whether you should eat immediately or wait . ( it became apparent you started as and when you liked) . Between 1st and 2nd course we were served with 2 potato croquettes, and dessert a turkish cake The entertainment was good - 4 traditional dancers, 1 belly dancer and a very enthusiastic guy who sang along with music. You could go outside to take photos but it was difficult to do so through glass as there were many christmas lights on windows. The evening ended with dancing . In hindsight it was probably the wrong choice by us to see the sights of Istanbul ( no commentary either on major sights ) but a very pleasant evening . A day cruise would have been more appropriate.

Painful. I just wanted it to be over - We were supposed to wait at our hotel for pick up between 7 and 745 for the show at 8. We got picked up at 830 and arrived at 9pm. It was loud, and we were unable to really see anything outside the windows because the windows were covered in christmas lights. They sat us with our bus people but no one spoke english so we all ate in silence. They fed us lettuce, stale buns in a plastic wrap, some sauces, and some meat and rice. The food was a 4/10. The dancers were good! We were dying for it to be over. I was tempted to leave before the boat left the port and take a taxi back. It was supposed to be done by 11. We left at 1130, back at our hotel at 1230am. You couldn't pay me to do it again. If you want a cruise,go on the tram (you can get on and off by tapping your credit or debit card for 1 euro ish), take the ferry for 2 Euro from the ferry port to the asia side. It is a nice 1.5 hours of sight seeing and beautiful in the day time. Take the money for the stupid cruise and buy yourself an incredible turkish breakfast.

Cancelled dinner cruise, very disappointing - No communication from the provider throughout. Found out cruise was cancelled 10 mins before it was meant to start. Only because we contacted Viator customer care when our hotel pick up hadn’t happened. Told it was due to bad weather which was untrue. Probably undersold as it was out of season in January, understandable. However some notice of the cancellation would have meant that my Husband’s 60th birthday night celebration could have been rearranged to something else rather than ruined. Buyer beware!!!!

It was the worst experience I had, no contact at all, no response. - I made a reservation for 5 people, but no answer at all, no phone connection, no matter how many times I inquired about pickup time on the day from this app. It sucks.
