Excellent experience - We have 24 people from cruise ship. We arranged 2 private tours with Guided tours Israsel, Jerusalem and Dead Sea tour from Ashdod and Sea of Galilee from Haifa. Our meeting time was 9AM on our first day in Ashdod. However when the first group of us got to terminal at around 8, we found that our guide Gil was already waiting for us there. This was very comforting for us, because it was our first time visiting Israel and the border control from cruise ship was very confusing. The Dead Sea and Jerusalem trip was wonderful. The bus was almost new with good air conditioning. Gil was very knowledgeable and was trying to show us as much as possible. The trip was very tiring for some of us of course, and very inspiring for the rest. The second day was same. We saw Gil right after we got off the ship with no surprise. We went to a lot of places. It was wonderful. I do recommend Guided Tours Israel for their professional arrangement. If my family were to visit Israel again we would go with them again for sure.

Amazing Day Tour - My family and I were really happy with Guided tours Israel, it was amazing sightseeing scenery in this tour departing from Haifa Port, particularly in this combination of Jerusalem and Dead Sea, you can experience a very interesting scenery. The car was super nice 4x4 and comfy for the 6 of us, and Omrai (our guide) was truly fantastic, happy explaining all , walk us around very nicely , lots of patience with us ;-) , and we were right in time after all the driving. it was an absolutely amazing experience for us and we can fully recommend when visiting Israel. Thank you so much for everything.

Must do .. - We booked this tour prior to getting off the ship.. they were waiting for us where the said.. we got in a tour with 12 other people . Small bus, it was a 10ish hour tour, you will know why when you go.. time goes very fast. Our guide was very good and very knowledgeable, it is a must do trip for the obvious reasons. Guided tours made it easier.

Excellent experience - Highly recommend this tour. Our tour guide, Meytal was amazing, she showed us a lot of the interesting sites and was very cautions of certain walkways since we had 2 toddlers with us.

Best Day of Our Trip! - We had an AMAZING experience on this tour! Our guide was waiting for us when we got off the boat and was very easy to understand. She provided a lot of history and context and was conscious of the heat and did the walk through Jerusalem "backwards" to maximize the shade and make it easier for an elderly lady that was in our small group....so we walked mainly downhill against the other tours who were all following the same path uphill. We were never rushed but nor were we allowed to dawdle so we were able to make the most of our time in the day. The Dead Sea was fantastic. We got to have a beer at the lowest bar in the world and it is Amazing how good your skin feels after a good soak and mud covering. Truly this day was the highlight of our week long trip....even with the scorching temperatures. Communication from time of booking all the way to the end of the tour was outstanding. I believe our guides name was May-elle (or something close...long curly brown hair and a lovely bright green shirt). Truly, she was wonderful. Hopefully we will return to Isreal and we will definitely book another tour through this company and recommend it to others. Thank you for a fun and educational day.

Two wonderful days in Israel with the family - We went on two excursions with Guided Tour Israel: Jerusalem and Dead Sea Shore Excursion and Biblical Galilee - full day Christian focused shore excursion. Either way, we loved our experience. The guides were easy to find at the port, very friendly and really good at their explanations throughout the day. We also liked the small group formula which makes it possible to move around more quickly. We loved our days and we recommend a lot!

Jerusathon - This was a whirlwind of a tour lots to see in a short space of time, be warned it's a lot of walking up and down stairs narrow lanes throngs of people (so very rude) Dakel our tour guide moved at brisk pace which is understandable because there's lots to cover plus we had to do the Dead sea tour the other have of the day .However our friend has mobility issues so it was too difficult for her so Dakel got the driver Mohammed to come & get her where she spent 2 1/2 hrs at his house with his family. Having said that the tour was a wonderful experience from an historical/biblical & cultural aspect it check all the boxes. Dakel u need to get a flag so it's easy to see u. Swimming; I mean floating in the Dead sea was an amazing experience. I was also amazed at the Bedouin people living out in desert with their goat & sheep they live such simple lives.

Dead Sea/ Jerusalem. - The Dead Sea is once in a lifetime experience. Everyone should do it once. Was disappointed in Guided Tours Israel. We had to walk out of the gates of the cruise port because driver couldn’t get in. Next day the guide was 30 minutes late. No notifications to let us know what was going on. Made lots of travelers very anxious. Also, our guide had our names on his cell phone instead of a sign. So went wondering to try to find our names.
