If you are going to pay for a guide service choose Adam and Tied to Nature! - Adam was by far the best guide we have ever had. Very informative, knowledgeable and helpful! We were able to see wildlife and parts of the park we wouldn’t have thought of. We saw a pack of wolves, red fox, eagles and so much more! If you are going to pay for a guide in YNP, choose Adam and Tied to nature.

Amazing! - Amazing time! Would definitely recommend! We had Brian as our tour guide. Picked us up 5:30 sharp. Comfortable van packed with water and snacks for the ride. Brian was very knowledgable and we learned a lot about the park from him. We appreciated Brian taking us to a few places he knew might have a chance of seeing some sightings. We saw Elk, a bald eagle, black bear, many, many bison, pronghorn sheep, a coyote and mountain goats. But we really lucked out and saw 5 wolves, both black and gray including a pup. We would not have seen a few of these without him! The best thing is he can hook his phone up to the scope and take great videos which he gives you after! On our way back we found out there were 2 Grizzly's sleeping in a meadow. Even though we were on the cusp of running out of time, we stayed at the spot waiting, had our lunch there while we waited, and then were rewarded with watching the two bears running around. Our favorite part about Brian is he was having as good a time as we were during all of this. He's going to make sure that you have a good experience! Thank you Brian!

Spectacular lifelong memory! - Outstanding experience….well worth the investment. Our guide Brian effortlessly brought us to the selected park areas with great knowledge of the park and animals. He had a zoom lens for close up viewing and he prepared videos for great sightings: we saw Bison and elk up close and also saw grizzly and black bear, deer, pelican, vulture, bald eagle and pronghorn. Lunch was great at an amazing vista. Truly outstanding!!!

Black Wolf - We are a family of 7 from Michigan. There is no way I could have replicated this experience without this guided tour. Our guide Levi was great. Very knowledgeable on where to find the wildlife and could spot it a mile away. We saw a grizzly and cub, mule deer, bison, osprey, pronghorn, elk, coyote pups, mountain goat, and top it off a black wolf.

Disappointing but still good - Trying to give a fair and balanced review. The reason we booked this tour was to see wolves, bears, and moose. We saw none of those. We are from central Pa. We can see black bear, elk, coyote, and eagles here or close by. We wanted to see what we can’t see around home. In addition we had already seen vast herds of buffalo and prong horn on our own. We knew there was no guarantee to see a bear, a moose or a wolf. But, we were pretty hopeful to see at least one of the three. I think it would be better if when Viator took a reservation they asked what the customer wanted to see. Our guide told us during our tour that the chances of seeing a bear are much better in the spring and that there aren’t many moose in the park since the return of the wolves. Wish I had known that before I booked the tour. Our guide was very nice. He really, really tried to spot wildlife for us. We definitely did see animals that we wouldn’t have seen otherwise—he spotted an eagle and a coyote. He really tried to find us a mountain goat. He tried to find a bear as well. He took us where they had been seen recently. We would not have gone to the Lamar valley if we had not been with a guide. It was spectacular, and there were just so, so many buffalo. We also saw herds of antelope. I don’t regret the tour. We enjoyed it. BUT had I known the unlikelihood of seeing either wolves, bear, or moose on this tour at this time, I wouldn’t have booked in the first place.
