A highlight of our trip - We had such a wonderful time on our snorkeling excursion! Kevin, Miguel, and Diego were excellent guides and took great care of our family of 7 adults and 1 baby (18 months old). It was some of the best snorkeling we’ve ever done. So many incredible fish! And the ceviche at the end was delicious!

Great snorkeling experience! - My family and I loved our snorkeling tour with our Guide Kevin and Captain Ernesto! They were super friendly, helpful, and did a great job with safety. On our tour we saw some amazing fish, and had a great time on and off the boat!

Safe, Fun Snorkeling for the Whole Family - While the tides were too strong to visit the the underwater museum, the office communicated this clearly both via text on the morning of our trip and at check in. The trip itself was fantastic—we visited 3 sites: a 2015 shipwreck, the lighthouse, and Sac Bajo reef. Our small group ranged in age from 74 to 11 months and our charming guide Kevin and skilled captain Ernesto managed to give us each the experience we wanted: even the baby got in where we were all practicing in shallow, calm water at the shipwreck!

Snorkeling Isla de Mujeres. Perfect day trip! - My husband and I both had an amazing time! The four spots we visited were full of vibrantly colored fish and beautiful coral reefs. So glad we opted for the smaller group. Made it much easier to follow the guide when we’re in the water. Speaking of our guide, Kevin, he was fantastic. Super friendly and very competent. He took pictures for us when we were snorkeling. All that and you get delicious ceviche and a margarita. Highly recommend!

good snorkeling adventure - Kevin and Ernesto were our guide and captain. They did a great job getting us to the most spectacular reefs and we were fortunate to be out there on a calm day. The ceviche they served was excellent. In the water Kevin was an excellent guide, making sure that we were able to see things that he found and pointed out points of interest. we felt safe and well cared for. The only issue for us was that the tour company did not tell us in advance about the 200 peso dock fee and so luckily we had brought money with us but we weren’t going to and decided to at the last minute, fortunately . Bring your own towels so you don’t have to pay for the extra fee! If you’re using Apple Maps to try to find the office, don’t bother it will take you to the wrong place. Be sure and use Google maps to find the office.

Great trip with a Couple of Glitches - We took this tour with a small group of seven people to four wonderful snorkeling spots off of the west coast of Isla Mujeres. We had planned an afternoon trip, but due to it being high season, the company asked the members of the group if they could could arrive in the morning so we could beat the crowds. This worked out so well and we ended up with a great group who had all agreed to arrive earlier. As a result, we had the snorkeling spots to ourselves or almost to ourselves. The day was perfect and our tour guide, Kevin, was great at making sure he had track of the group as he directed us to incredible sights along the reef and at the underwater museum. Ernesto, our captain, did a great job of circling the boat from the start of each swim to the finish and was right there for us to climb up as we ended a swim. Downsides were that we were promised a link to purchase photographs for the trip and the link never materialized despite texts and emails to the company. If you want to reliably get pictures of the trip, make sure you either bring your own GoPro or waterproof pouch for your phone. Also, the food and beverage is kind of meager (small ham and cheese sandwich and small bottles of water) so bring a snack if that isn't your preference food-wise. That having been said I plan to use this company again on future trips. The office is conveniently located in the heart of Playa Norte with a short van ride to the boat, and we really appreciated the small size of the group. Kevn and Ernesto as well as the people at the office were all very helpful and great to work with.

Heed the weather! - Kevin was very accommodating and does a wonderful job. We just made the mistake of not taking the weather into consideration and so did not do the last 2 snorkels due to the waves, which make us sea sick!

Nice time at the sea - We had a good time snorkeling with Gabriel and Ernesto. We expected a little bit more though. The MUSA could be replaced by a stop at a more interesting spot. Also the actual time snorkeling did not meet our expectations, after 1,5h we stopped swimming. Thank you for the trip, Ernesto’s ceviche was brilliant!

Horrible - They cancelled because no one else booked the time. We had to take a bus from playa del carmen. Then a taxi to the ferry only to arrive and say ot was cancelled
