Highlights
- Av Juárez 20 - Have you always wanted to try scuba diving? This one day experience is your doorway to the underwater world without a certification.
CLASSROOM TRAINING: In the morning, you will meet your instructor and experience a 30 minute training that goes over the basic skills and procedures of scuba diving.
SHALLOW WATER TRAINING: You and your instructor head to the beach and will practice the skills you just learned in 3-4 feet of water.
DIVE IN THE NATIONAL MARINE PARK: It’s go time! You and your instructor gear up and take a boat ride to two dive sites, MUSA (the underwater museum) and Manchones (coral reef).
This program is how many of us got started in diving. If you decide to become Open Water certified while you’re here, we’ll give you credit for the work you did during this program.

Great tour without certification - Great tour with our guide Pedro. He was able to explain things to us perfectly and give us advice that really helped us throughout the tour.

Highly recommend, amazing experience and excellent instructor - Absolutely amazing, my husband and I tried scuba on this tour for the first time. We enjoyed practising the skills in the shallow water on the beach, Pedro our instructor was great at making us feel confident about breathing underwater. We then had a break for lunch (not included), then we got to do 2 dives. The first was at the MUSA and the second at a nearby reef. I really enjoyed getting the chance to do two dives, as I felt much more confident on the second dive and it was amazing as the reef had so many colourful fish to see. My husband wasn’t that keen to even do the trip at first, but he loved it so much he now wants to do his PADI! Highly recommend this tour!

Excellent first time dive and “test run”. Very Professional and knowledgeable! - Your divers are really top notch! They were super helpful and patient. My husband made it to dive. He had tried back in high school, so felt pretty comfortable. Me, on the other hand………lol…….not quite ready ….yet! I had a great first experience but wasn’t ready to go down all the way and scuba dive. My instructor was understanding, patient, and didn’t make me feel bad in the least. I was able to snorkel while my husband did his dive. He saw a huge puffer fish, lion fish, sea turtle and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! We will be back, after taking dive classes back home! Plan on coming back to certify with Aqua Adventures!

Friendly, warm and professional staff - Nice first time experience. Really worthy. Friendly and warm staff and really professional. Highly recommend if you want to experience scuba diving without certification but we also meet student for open water and advanced divers, so whatever you are looking for, it’s a very good school to do it.

Nina is a phenomenal instructor - I can't say enough great things about having Nina as my instructor. This was my partner and my first experience scuba diving. Nina is extremely knowledgeable and is able to deliver the information in an easy to understand way the is very reassuring for us newbies. Nina's enthusiasm for diving made the experience all the more enjoyable. I wish I could continue to learn from her as I pursue more diving training/courses in the future. Thanks!

Highly recommended! - Unfortunately, it had to be rescheduled twice due to the weather, but the 2 days of waiting were definitely worth it!
You first receive training, where they really take their time with you.
And I really mean the time. If you can't do it in one go, that's okay.
If you panic, no problem, they will help you through it very well!
During the diving itself I was not able to clear my ears properly, but that didn't matter, I just went down a little slower.
On the 2nd dive I wanted to go up a little earlier, because I was feeling nauseous, so Nina came up with me and the rest could continue.
I enjoyed seeing Musa!
But the reef, with all the fish, was so much more beautiful!
A truly beautiful and fun experience!
I really had a great day with top instructors!
Wouldn't have wanted to miss it

First scuba diving experience! - Sensational time with Aqua adventures. Had an awesome experience for my first dive. Pedro was an expert teacher, super patient and encouraging for us first-timers. Malek our photographer was incredible. His pictures were amazing...

10/10 - I have always had a dream to scuba dive my whole life. Initially, I had booked with another company but due to a sports event they had to cancel, and so I found this company instead.
I am so happy that I did.
Long story short, upon the dive, I completely freaked and got a full blown anxiety attack. Our guide Emanuel was the Most AMAZING person. He took complete control of the (my) situation. Made me do breathing exercises to relax, keep me focused, while he slowly kept coaching me on how to proceed.
Because of him doing this, I was able to fulfill my longtime dream. Had he not done so, I would of surfaced and called it a day.
Thank you SO MUCH Emanuel for being there for me, for being an amazingly hands-on instructor who cared about my safety and wellbeing. For teaching us how to scuba, and for your patience and understanding.

A review for scaredy cats like me! - This review is for the scaredy cats! I was not able to do the full dive because of my own struggle with fear. My 15 year old fearless son had no issues and he loved every second of it! BUT… what was so awesome was how encouraging the dive instructor was even after I “failed”… he made sure I was ok and safe and didn’t make me feel bad at all about my fear getting the best of me! To me that is the best experience I could ask for!
