Great Experience - I can totally recommend the diving trip to the Manchones Reefs with Pocna! Our instructor Ivan was great and thanks to him we were able to spot many different animals - my personal highlight the three big turtles we were able to see. On the boat we had snacks and fresh water, which was nice coming out of the water. All in all a great experience.

Reef - We organized our diving with only one day in advance thanks to the amazing people of POCNA! The boat’s crew was special and our instructor, Nefi, was really prepared and chilling, sensitive to our needs. We did two wonderful divings in a few hours in the morning and we were able to see turtles, angelfish, scorpion fish, parrot fish, lobster, and amazing corals. We definitevely recommend Pocna!!! Thank you!!!

Incredible day with great guides! Nefi to the rescue!!! - My partner and I had an incredible time; this was definitely a highlight of our trip to Mexico. I want to thank our guides and captain at Pocna Dive Center, Nefi, Morgan, and Jose. The whole experience was seamless. I booked the Snorkel Tour at Musa and Manchones Reef through Musa's website. Pocna Dive Center was easy to find, located next to Hotel Selina, and was walkable from our Airbnb. Nefi checked us in, gave us our equipment, and our group walked a few blocks to the dock. Nefi, Morgan, and Jose were full of energy and incredibly friendly. They shared a lot of knowledge of the area and the Musa. Each of them was professional, skilled, and fun, making for a memorable and safe adventure. We saw so much while snorkeling; Nefi and Morgan would point out different fish species and share facts as we navigated the Musa. They did a great job keeping us in a group and ensuring we were aware of the reef around us. We did two dives, and both offered very different experiences; seeing the variety of life and environments in the area was neat. They had fresh water, watermelon, and cookies to share between dives. The whole experience was so fun; we would do it again in a heartbeat. The snorkeling tour was better than we had hoped, but I want to make sure our guides know that I am so sincerely grateful for the effort made as I made one of the dumbest traveling/water activity mistakes... As I exited the water after our first dive, the metal clip on my knockoff GoPro wrist lanyard broke, sending my GoPro floating to the bottom of the ocean. Many lessons have been learned, but the most obvious: don't be cheap; buy the GoPros accessories, and duh! Use the floaty! I realized it had broken and was gone immediately; Jose heard me say that I had lost it, and immediately, he and Nefi went into search mode, signaling to each other. Given the circumstances and where we were, I had to accept my mistake - it was gone. I had to acknowledge that it's a material object; although an expensive one that I need as a full-time student - I still have the memories, and I can save up for another one. Nefi had swam some distance from the boat, and after a couple of minutes of searching, he started waving his arm and dove down. Somehow, he found the GoPro! I am so grateful and realize how unlikely it is to find and retrieve a small item at the bottom of the open ocean. It was my fault, and the crew did not need to do anything. I want to thank the whole crew and tell you how much I appreciate you. As a former guide, I am embarrassed and humbled being THAT person, but truly thank you for everything. Later that evening, I discovered that I had been recording before I dropped it... Not only did Nefi save me from having to replace the camera and the loss of those recorded memories from the trip - but he also filmed some of the best footage possible! (Not able to upload for some reason) Thank you all for the beautiful experience.

Pocna dive guides really go the extra mile to give you the best dive possible! - Great dive center on Isla Mujeres! Had some great dives with guides who really went above and beyond to try to find all of the local sea life unique to the area. They really did try to make our experience the best possible and I could not have been happier!

Lots Of Waiting For Little Activity - Not a terrific tour. Not terrible, just "bland." Our guide gave us NO information (interesting or otherwise) on the Museum itself. Thankfully we did some reading up on it before, but it was apparent that others on the tour had not. Viator instructed us to check in & fill out paperwork at the tour office at 12:30pm. That took about 5 minutes. We were then told to return at 1:30pm, which we did to get our fins (we had our own masks & wetsuits), which--again--took 5 minutes. Then we waited another hour to actually get on the boat for the excursion at 2:30pm, returning a bit after 5pm.
