Thanks Kevin for being such a good guide. - Twice during the snorkeling time, I got disoriented and lost track of where my group was. Twice our guide (Kevin) put me back in the right direction. Both guides were very instrumental to help us climb back into the boat in a safe and timely fashion.

The tour was absolutely fantastic - The tour was absolutely fantastic, with a wonderfully friendly crew. Lasting approximately 2 hours, it offered delightful drinks and food. We were fortunate to encounter stingrays, a barracuda, and a lot of colourful fish. Diego, our tour guide, was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable, enhancing the experience even further!

Professional service - Our guide Diego provided an excellent service and made us feel at ease. One of our friends had nausea and Diego very kindly helped her off the boat to the nearest bay. Overall great snorkeling experience, short and sweet

Snorkel time - Snorkeling was so much fun with Gabriel! My boyfriend and I had missed the ferry to isla mujeres so we were initially late to the tour. They were so kind that they came back to pick us up so we could still get to the last few spots with the group. The ceviche and margaritas from Gabriel were awesome and we got to see some turtles. Overall great experience and worth every penny!

Gabriel- Great Tour Guide - We had a great experience on the snorkeling tour. Gabriel did an excellent job leading the tour. He was also the photographer on the trip. Itwas safe for our kids as well. The only negative would be the equipment. It was decent but not top of the line.

💯 would go again! - We had a wonderful time on our snorkeling tour. My son said it was the best experience he’d ever had. Miguel, Gabriel, and Diego were wonderful guides. Diego showed us lots of things, and we even saw 2 turtles. Gabriel came in the water each time and took photos and videos underwater of all the groups on the tour, which were made available to us after. The entire tour was adults except my 2 kids and they did a wonderful job making sure they were cared for. We would love to do this tour again.

Well worth it. - The team was phenomenal, Professional and informative. We saw many fish and beautiful spaces. It would’ve been nice to have more water between dives, but the snacks on the way back were nice, and so is the margarita. Thanks for a great trip

Nice tour for good swimmers - Pros : we had enough time to snorkel, unfortunately they weren’t that many fish but we did see a few big ones and a turtle. The guides were kind, nice and attentive to us. I had a really good time. Cons: we had to jump off the boat (which is something I dread a little), the ladder could only be used to go back up (why?) - there was a lot of current during the second stop, some people didn’t feel very safe at that time, some were pushed against the boat (and the engine) but no one was hurt or anything. For this tour, I think it’s important to be a very good swimmer and not to be scared in the sea with current. There are 2 guides but they cannot have eyes everywhere.

Our guide attempted to grab a sea turtle, got shouted down by a scuba team, very uncomfortable - My family went on the snorkeling trip on March 24th at 12pm. This was a nice experience marred by an extremely unprofessional action on the part of our snorkel guide, Kevin. During our snorkeling session at the underwater museum, a beautiful sea turtle swam among us. A scuba diving team was below us in the sculpture garden when this happened. Our guide Kevin chased the sea turtle and attempted to grab hold of it two different times. I witnessed this occur underwater, and I saw the scuba team move to intercept him, and signal strongly with their arms that this was not allowed and he must stop. Then the local tour guide of the scuba team (and all his scuba divers) came to the surface and shouted down our guide. Everyone on my trip came up and listened to this exchange in Spanish. The scuba captain was furious and shouting really loudly (I didn't hear what Kevin said back, Kevin was not shouting, he looked contrite). The scuba captain said if he saw him attempt something like this again, he would report our snorkeling company to the authorities -- given that this is a protected reef area, attempting to capture a sea turtle is most definitely not allowed. Kevin apologized to me at the end of the trip when I got off the boat and said he would not do anything like that again. I don't know if he was apologizing to everyone or if that was because I had come up and shouted at him the first time he tried to grab it. I had a great time before this happened, and saw some lovely fish and reefs. The turtle was really cool to see. The ceviche was excellent. But this event cast a cloud over the rest of our trip for all the participants and made me sad for the wild turtles.
