Great trip!!! Highly recommend! - The whole experience was fantastic!!! Our driver actually arrived at our hotel early and we picked up some other people at nearby resorts . We got into Cancun and the whole check in experience was quick and well organized. Our catamaran had about 30 people on it and we had plenty of room to stretch out . The guys on the catamaran were absolutely top notch
friendly, helpful and concerned for everyone’s safety . After reaching a spot in the ocean, those who want to snorkel can go in for approximately 30-40 minutes. When everyone was back on board, the alcoholic drinks started flowing and we made our way to Isla Mujeres. They also offer water, juice and soda as well. When you reach the island, you have approximately 2 hours to explore on your own. We then boarded the catamaran and went to a beach club for a buffet lunch which was wasn’t huge but enough to satisfy your hunger. We then made our way back to Cancun and when we docked, they were very organized and got us right back on our shuttle to the resort. We cannot say enough good things about how much we enjoyed this trip.

Fantastic experience to Isla Mujeres - Fantastic experience!! I highly recommend this tour. We started the tour at 7:30qm got picked up and went to cancun, about a 2 hour trip. Then we got the tickets to get on our Catamaran with Cancun saling. The catamaran was so fun!! They did do snorkeling for 20-30 mins, that we skipped but honestly it was still so amazing as we got to enjoy the views from the water. Then we got to Isla Mujeres
& this island is GORGEOUS!! You get about 2 hours to explore the island which tbh is not enough time. But still so amazing! I would recommend taking the golf cart to go around town or laying on the beach, which is only 6-10 mins walk. Then we went to Ixi to have lunch and then we had about an hour or so to relax. We truly enjoyed the beach here as the water was amazing. And then finally headed back. While going back, we had some good fun dancing and drinking on the boat. The team made the whole trip very entertaining and memorable. N were back by 7:30-8pm. I would highly recommend this tour! Thank you for such a fun experience! 😁

Great tour guides and food! - Angel and akash were really great. Really good tacos and information too. Could have shortened it a tad and gotten to the food quicker though.

Isla Mujeres Catamaran tour was fun. - The tour leader explained things well and tried to keep the trip interesting. Leaving at 7:15am made it hard to get something to eat before leaving hotel. I wish the tour included a breakfast. The snorkeling was not that enjoyable due the amount of people that were on the boat. You jump in the water and then have to wait on 50 other people to put on their snorkeling equipment and jump in. Again, not the tour operators fault, just the nature of the beast. The visit to Isla Mujeres was fine and the buffet was ok. The included hotel transportation was a must.

Good but not what I expected - Let me say that the guides are fantastic. They are all very energetic and on top of making sure everyone has a drink in hand at all times. BUT, I don't know why this listing stays "15 people maximum" when there were 43 people on this party catamaran. The scene reminded me of a boat picking up people lost at sea. There were just people sitting everywhere, making it virtually impossible to lay out or dance around for that matter. There is also only one shaded area and of course only about 8 people fit underneath so be prepared w/ a large hat or umbrella as the journey is long!

Bait and switch or poor execution? - Not what I paid for or signed up for. There were several issues. First I had to contact them to see where the pickup time and place was, I am happy I did because their email arrived 20 minutes after the pickup time. Second I paid extra money to get the private tour, a max of 15 people. What I got was the party boat, roughly 40 people. I could have saved money if I signed up for this, not the experience I was looking for. But they were in too much of a hurry to deal with us either getting on or being left behind. Third, the snorkeling was ok but we were constantly told to stay with the group. It was too short and too many people. Lunch was good at a nice spot. The guys on the boat were a lot of fun and did a great job! Overall we didn't let the mix-up ruin the experience but just not what we wanted.

Canceled with no notification - This experience was absolutely horrible. We paid $125 per person for a catamaran cruise. The catamaran was canceled due to weather. Understandable for sure! But, we didn't know until we have already bussed 1 hour to Cancun that the excursion was canceled. They gave us options. But, we had to make a decision without truly understanding what was included. We got no drinks, food or adventure included with that $125. If we would have had some sort of notification that the cruise had been canceled, we would have made other arrangements. It was a huge disappointment and I will be contacting TripAdvisor about our "excursion"

Don’t do it! - Wow where to start. First of all pick up was booked for hotel pick at our stay; later to find out that we had to meet at Coco bongo, Playa del Carmen. After the one hour ride; cattle call to one boat to register then on to the catamaran. Thrown in on a 20 min spastic snorkeling joke. Then served flat beer and watered down drinks. Tour guide and staff; disorganized and unprofessional to say the least. Waited for an hour to get back on the boat to get this lunch. When finally at the exclusive resort; cattle call style buffet food which I dont think the locals would feed to their dogs. Finally off to go back to the port; was offered more flat beer and more watered down punch. This was a disaster from beginning to the end. I felt bad for the capitan actually. They have all the ingredients for a unforgettable tour experience yet they painfully embarrassing-I want to warn people who read this. Not worth the money at all-I’m seeking to get a refund for this

Worst 125$ spent - Worst excursion ever . The driver didn’t know where we were going . Drove around for 2 1/2 hrs . The snorkling is a joke . 0 corail , not even close to a reaf . Keep your 125$ and go snorkling in your bathtub .
