Ripped off - I paid for a full day experience however only received some of the experiences. I did not go to the jungle, did not see medicinal plants, did not go to the insectarium. THERE was no swimming pool as described. I think because I was the only one on the tour that was doing one day they did not want to spend the time on me since I was just one person. However that is not my problem. I paid for a full tour and should have received it. I was very disappointed to not go to the jungle. I was told I needed rubber boots which I took the time the night before to look for them in the store. Didn't need them and wasted my money. The only thing I did was see monkeys, boat down the Amazon and go Piranah fishing after the boat taxi driver picked up a lot of people on the way back down the river back to Iquitos. I wouldn't have gotten that had I not kept talking about it. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. What I did do I enjoyed but because thus tour company ripped me they got 2 stars. I don't even know to get a refund. I definitely deserve something.
